Congrats Alicia in the pole vault. Andrea I was going to mention the one of a kind Flo Jo too.. When I competed I couldn't wear any jewelry, just a cross on my chain to keep my running beat rhythm speed on track. Do what makes you, do you, the Best. ❤🥰🙏

I don’t know. I prefer a more natural look on the field. I don’t necessarily think it looks good there.

I wondered the same thing. I saw really long nails during beach volleyball and was shocked, just seems super uncomfortable but maybe they're used to them?
