For this recipe you need:
1- fennel bulb
6- pineapple slices
2- kiwis
5- mint leaves
1- lemon
1- glass of fresh water
Clean the fennel by removing the hardest leaves.
Wash it thoroughly, coarsely slice it.
Cut the pineapple slices, or else take ready-made slices.
Peel the kiwis and cut into coarse slices.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
Pour all the ingredients into your blender.
Add the glass of fresh water and mint leaves. Mix for at least 30 seconds, more if necessary.
Make sure that the ingredients are well mixed, if necessary give a blender shot again.

For the originality side I chose as the base fennel with its aniseed notes, but you can also opt for beetroot or spinach.
