How do you make a good Passion Fruit Puree?

Buy it. I’m not sure where you are based but here in sweden and most of Northern Europe passion fruit are hella expensive. So just buy in a good brand with a high real fruit content. If you are somewhere where passion fruits are cheaper then all fruit purées are the same. It’s simply suger and fruit blended. No need for cooking and pass it through a sieve to make extra smooth

Good question! Personally, I wouldn't add more syrup since the drink is pretty sweet as it is. If you don't have Absolut Vanilia, normal Absolut Vodka will do just fine :)
