Don't worry Viva. Animation is your work, you don't have to keep up with any sort of algorithm or community if you don't want to. Just make your work at your own pace. That's the best way to ensure it'll be good and you'll be happy with it.

For what it's worth, I loved Trigger Happy Horses and if I'd realized that there were more to the characters than what was in that video, I probably would have loved follow ups~ The story sounds like it was really fun and the twists were pretty cool~ Shame it didn't pan out.

Hey Viva, I usually don't leave comments, but I've been subbed to your channel since I found it way back when you were doing ponies; at the time I never would have guess you were the same age as me which is still wild to wrap my head around. Anyway, I just want to say that as a writer with ADHD also struggling with Executive Dysfunction hearing your story really resonated. I'm currently sitting on a mountain of unfinished projects because some of them are so big that I can't even find the motivation to properly start them! The way you described burnout without even having done any work is what I'm currently going through! It hasn't been a good past few years for me because of this, but seeing you step up to tackle your issues makes me want to finally get off my ass and tackle mine! Hopefully, I can even overcome the hurtles keeping me from trying to be a steamer or RU-vidr. Trigger Happy Horses was what got me into danganronpa, which is one of my favorite things now, Brony Polka was amazing, and your they might be giants animations are amazing because they're also one of my favorite bands still today, and a large part of that is because of this channel (and Umbrella Academy), your BRRF videos are awesome too, and I'm not even a fan of most of the animes you've done, it seems you can make content for literally anything, that becomes watchable by anyone.

We are very appreciative of your content Viva so however long it takes we'll still love your hard work and hopefully people have the heart to know that we're all human so it takes time to do things and living our life is a thing

I watched this video expecting to just be a silly goofy time, and then you told me my own issues with no warning. I've also made long arduous projects my bread and butter, I've also lost my mind in update posts about how I feel like I'm dying, and I also don't work on any project until the deadline is starring straight at me. The only difference is you're a RU-vidr with 500,000 subscribers, and I'm an aoty reviewer with around 275 followers. I cannot stress enough how much I needed to hear "YOU CAN JUST MAKE SHORT STUFF SOMETIMES, CHILL". I didn't know my stupid procrastination had a name, this helps a lot actually, thank you so so much 💞💕💞

Completely agree that the videos do not need to be long to be entertaining - a few other channels I watched fell into the same trap of making much longer videos, at the big cost of frequency, and it cost them big time, so glad to see the switch. The thing you said about executive dysfunction and workflow is so true. I’ve learned that in my own creative endeavors, most notably my novel currently, I NEED those deadlines to finish chapters. I used to hate deadlines, and I still kind of do when it comes to stressful and difficult schoolwork. However, I’m slowly learning to appreciate the self imposed deadlines for things I genuinely care about and want to finish. More often than not, it actually pushes me to make something I’m more proud of then when I’m meandering.

Learning more about Viva lore really highlights your abilities in marketing, like wow that section of the video explaining the birth of the really really fast series could be used in classes because its really really amazing

You’ve been doing fantastic work! It was very interesting to see your dissection of the success of HiSHE The BRRF series has been really influential to me (my brain has a trigger where every time I hear ‘enemy’ I say “THE ENEMY”)
