That Mao Zedong thing is insane

I had a glitch one time during the final boss fight, where Doc Ock threw Peter into the water, and the game loaded me into the city, and I was able to explore as maskless Spidey, however I've never been able to replicate it.

THE PAINTING SMILING CREEPED ME OUT

I remember being gaslit as a kid that you could play as Doc-Ock and that was the start of my villain origin story

I distinctly remember seeing that painting of Mao Zedong in the pawn shop as a kid and having been scared shitless when I saw him smile for the first time. Thought it was a texture glitch of some sort, but no, he does in fact smile when you're up close to it. Absolutely horrifying. Out of curiosity, I do want to see both textures, the original painting and the one where he smiles. How do I rip this game's textures?

Picking up enemy weapons sounds plausible considering you can pick up Rhinos weapon in his boss fight after he throws it. (Which he only does if you climb the walls) Even still, it's probably just a myth and nothing more, this game has many of those.

I remember years ago when me and my brother were playing this and stumbled upon that Mao painting smiling and it weirded us out so much. Could never find the location again but now I see where it's at lol so thanks for this.

Damn Spiderman really stopped pulling his punches

I actually saw this happen on a walkthrough for this game many moons ago, Spider-man was fighting enimies, he yanks it out of his hand, and the thug actually said "Hey, give me that back!" so yeah, it's real. The walkthrouh was how I discovered this game, it was from a youtuber named "JohnnyDFox."
