If estrone is high according to DUTCH & testostetone is high wouldn't Myo-inositol make it worse?

Great video, Thank you a lot! Wouldn't it be dangerous or cause damage to the liver if a woman with PCOS takes inositols with ratio 40:1 (myo: DCI) or even 100:1 ? As you said we need very low amount of myo inositol in the liver ...
