I'm sure it'll at least mention him, as he is undoubtedly considered a major factor for Gotham's criminal underworld to take into account. i.e. Something like, "(Looking over a map of Gotham) We need to keep our dealers away from here, here, and here; The Bat tends to be seen around there a lot. These neighborhoods over here seem to be safer."

A protestor's sign @ 0:39 seems to say "Hang the Hangman." I take it there will be elements of 'Dark Victory' in this? Speaking of which, I'm a little disappointed that Sofia won't be the huge, ripped bear of a woman she was in 'The Long Halloween' and 'Dark Victory,' but this version of her could be promising.
