it is ethnically very diverse country. not only pashtoons. Pashtoons live in eastern and southern provinces while Uzbeks,Tajiks,Hazara and Turkmen live in Central,Western,Northern and east-northern Afghanistan. i have travelled almost all Afghanistan. Farsi and Pashtoo are 2 national languages and Uzbek is 3rth major language in north. but approximately 85 % of Afghans are fluent in Farsi as common communicative language of the country and that region.

Indians also have their own unique culture so hey let me educate you pal ;) Dravidians originated from the south of India and so typically have darker skin, this doesn't make them any less, this is how they were born. At the north of India, these people are indo aryans and so that means their ancestors were Caucasian, they were descendants of Alexander the Great. The Kalash people of pakistan are also blatant examples of this. Their coloured eyes and hair show this and their light skin, lighter then those of Punjab province show that as well. Punjab is quite diverse as well because it starts from the bottom of Pakistan, near the Dravidians, to the north that is near the indo aryans. So typically a Punjab person such as myself, both parents born in northern villages (takal, nambal) I have both Dravidian and indo aryan blood in me. So yes I am Indian, I have the best of both their worlds in me as well :)

Im an Afghan and I can honestly say its cherry picked. The coloured eye people in this video is over represented. I would say only 10-15% of Afghans have actually light eyes

I have seen dark afghans and light afghans, but those are usually pashtun, the persian onces are fair skinned

no not the average. there are more more mixed people and some proportions are greater such as hazaras etc. even within those ethnicites like pashtuns and hazaras, you have widely different looking people. Some regions have pashtuns that are whiter than nordics and others where they are as dark as indians. both identify as the same ethnicity but look widely different. i think this is largely due to mixing. what happens is that afghan people identify with their father's ethnicity so even when they are mixed they just identify the same as their father. But in certain regions, certain looks will be very common. on average, the lighter people are the pashtuns and tajiks where the pashtuns are the native people of the region. also the lighter people likely represent the native look of these ethnic groups. However over time and since the place is a crossroad of different civilizations and cultures, alot of mixing has occured and its not clear who is what percentage of what ethnicity.

Well the Afghan traders that we see in Pakistan are exactly like this. Once I was like why is this European dude sitting selling shoe soles when he could be an actor or something. My mom was like yup that's why they say they really are beautiful. I don't see this cherry picked.
