This should be reported ASAP. How dare they threaten viewers that may or may not agree with them. We should all write to the organization regarding this matter.
He offers a critical point of view to the streams that he restreams. That falls under RU-vid fairuse. If ya say that about him ya gotta mention the other restreamers as well. It also helps the persons channel get exposer and more subs .

I found this on a video about Rekieta vs Law and Crime. It explains what you’re doing with the convoy live-streams. It doesn’t matter, if you’re using a situation, which you are transforming, by adding an opinion or commentary, that is considered fair use. You are adding your own content over the live feeds, they can’t copyright you, since your using it by giving your opinion about what’s going on. If that was the case most content creators on RU-vid are in breach. Recording it and uploading it as is, then that would be copyright, but you’re adding your own content over it. They are just trying to scare you, but they don’t have a case against you.
He is right. What these convoy streamers are doing is public information. Therefore it cannot be copyrighted. RU-vid messed up. I hope he filed an appeal.

This is a good place to post this. A man from Fellsmere, Fl was arrested on Sunday while he was cutting his grass on a tractor with a beer in his hand. A cop drove up and arrested him for DUI, charged him with a misdemeanor and put him in jail overnight. The person who bailed him out this morning told me today. So what used to be called, "cutting the grass on a Sunday and having a beer" is now illegal. If any of you people in this country believe you have freedom you are lying to yourselves. This is what the People's Convoy is about. Freedom and basic civil rights that everyone should have. Government run channels like this one spread Nazi lies every day and people should not pay attention to them but they do. A guy can't even cut his God damn grass on a Sunday without getting locked up for it. As a Priest of 25 years, I understand why there is a Hell.
