Join me and my good friend Emely as we kick off Hawaii week with a video showing us rocking what we consider the perfect beach bodies- our own. In this plus size lookbook, you can see the joy in our eyes; nothing makes me happier then rolling up to the beach in a cute plus size bikini and just taking in paradise. I am work in progress but I hope this swim wear lookbook shows you can celebrate and enjoy your body along the way. I am rolling my eyes as I type this, but as they say, every body is a bikini body. lolol

I went to Hawaii in 2019 and have wanted to go back ever since. I wish I could have this much fun in swimwear, but I have society's bullshit playing in my head all the time. I don't think that way about others (you and Emely looked SO GOOD in everything!) but I haven't yet learned how to not hate myself.

Same. Also, I went to Hawaii in 2015 and it was the best trip ever. I got to sing at Pearl Harbor with my school chorus.

Anna, you are such a motivaror. I used to be confident, positive, and extroverted. Then I got a brain tumor in my right frontal lobe that affected my personality, memory, seizures, I can't drive and I had to give up driving. Along with no longer being able to be a registered nurse when I was at the too of my career 12 years ago. Thank you for being so inspiring.

I think we are so many that have issues with our bodies and like me, I haven't been to a public beach in decades because of how I feel (felt) about myself. I am trying hard to change that now and women like you are such an amazing inspiration to us all! You are enjoying life! That is what we all should be doing! ❤❤

Your earlier video about “beach bodies” was really good as well as your intro here. The focus on yourself and your own joy is so important. Both when it comes easy, but especially when it comes hard.

Aloha from Kauai! Love your content. I grew up here and have yet to find the confidence to wear any swimsuit without swim shorts/skirt. Your suits are gorgeous and (I'm sure you know this) but I wanted to tell you a couple of tips. Swim suits don't actually need to go in the washer unless it got dirty somehow (like literally with dirt) and if you do put it in the washer, always put it in a lingerie bag and use cold water, never use fabric softener and never put it in the dryer. The best way to keep it looking new and intact for the longest is just to hand wash it in plain cold water. What I like to do is get in the shower with it on as soon as I get home, shampoo my hair and let the shampoo run over it then take it off and rinse it in the shower. I always keep a hanger on my shower curtain rod so I have a place to hang it to air dry right away. Anyways, I'm so happy you had a great time here and thanks for sharing!

That was one of the most incredible videos I have seen, the views and audio were perfectly paired for a sensational visual experience. Both you and Emely rocked those swimsuits nicely, however that serious look on your face as you walked the beach in that black suit made my heart stop. Of all the swimsuits the black one and the green suit looked amazing on you. Very glad that you both had so much fun making this video while enjoying Hawaii's beautiful beaches and water.

Beautiful video! My favorite beach is in Roatan. The water was crystal clear and warm! Love Hawaii, but that water was cold! Love the water myself, moved to Florida and gave myself more swim time! I am a lovely chubby mermaid!

Please understand that people see you as slender/thin! If you feel more comfortable in shorts and a sports bra over a bakini top, then start with that and you'll see that there are all sizes at the beach--NO one is judging!!!!! Go with friends and walk up n down the shore, you'll see people happy and relaxed. You deserve that feeling as well!

A "beach body" is the body you have at the beach. Everyone has a beach body - throw on a swimsuit, or not if that is an option, and go to the beach. Loved all the swimsuits, you both look fabulous, pink tankini is my favorite!

That's good you feel so free and good about yourself to wear those bathing suits! It's hard enough for me to wear a one piece and I weigh 230! I'm hoping to be at 150 by next summer.
