This quarantine I literally learned for the first time to bake. Because of vids like this, Im now selling desserts and pastries to the nearby hosp and munical halls and co teachers of my mom. What a big help ❤️ thank you
Omg, I just made these. They’re amazing. I didn’t use as much chocolate or sugar and didn’t have any vanilla or cocoa powder (substituted with Nutella) so thought it wouldn’t turn out so great but still did, literally one of the best brownies I’ve made
I loved the way you explained everything in detail. I've always looked for cooking and baking videos that teach us basically the science of cooking with all the hows, whys, whens and why nots. Your channel is what I was looking for.
i made these today and they were so goooood!! for the brown sugar part i only added a tablespoon or so and my mom who hates sweets approves of this!! thank youu they were fabulously gorgeous and delicious!
These came out perfect! Love a fudgey brownie that holds it shape! Not overly fudgy till it breaks apart, this brownie is soft yet has structure to it! Great to the bite too due to the crispy cracks on the top which makes the brownie looks aesthetically pleasing! Oooooops, i went in for the cut at the 30 minute mark... I guess that explains the cracks HAHA!
Today, I had the honor of trying one of those brownies - OMG they might very well be the best brownies I ever had. Just melts in your mouth and I made sure to swim for 90 minutes before trying one. Again - bravo - that brownie melted in my mouth!
I'm just done mixing.. baking.. cooling.. cutting.. and having a slice of this brownie.. You're Amazing.. I'm impressed. It came out PERFECT.. I love how simple it is with this recipe to whip up a batch and also uses less eggs compared to other recipes I tried.. I'll be making this many more times, that's for sure. By the way loved the tip to bring cold eggs to room temp. Thanks ❤😘😍
This brownies recipe is sooo good! The crackling on top is beautiful too. I’m obsessed with your recipe since I got a perfect cookies. Thankyou so much ♥️ can’t wait for another amazing recipe to try on 🥰

I tried your recipe and it was definitely THE PERFECT Brownie Recipe. I don't think I'll be searching for any other brownie recipies cause this is THE BEST ❤️
Made your brownies this evening and they are absolutely AMAZING!!!!❤️ My husband said I have to make these from now on....no more brownies from a box. Thank you so much, Dzung! 😘
I've done a lot of brownies recipe and we had the same experiece without the baking powder it becomes so dense. I'm glad you were able to share this recipe! 😊
I made these yesterday. They are pretty good the only think I’ll change for me is half dark and half milk chocolate since I don’t like dark chocolate as much. I think making brookies with this recipe and the chocolate chip will be amazing
I made these tonight for dessert. They were hands down the BEST brownies I’ve ever had! My family really enjoyed them. I doubled the recipe and made in a 9x13 pan. I also used half butter and half oil. Rich, fudgy, delicious!
I never could get my Brownies to have that Crackle on top. I love Brownies. I was going to say they have to be crispy on the edge. 😊I got to were I love dark chocolate. And the 72%. I get Lindt 72%. Its so good.💖 I use my 1/3 cup. But its always the hard one to find...😆 Those look so good. 🙂 No coffee with chocolate. I'm both, chewy on the inside and crispy on the edge. 😊
I watched a video and the lady took it out maybe 10 minutes early, “lightly” smashed the pan on the counter just to crack the stop a bit and then put it back in
Hi! Could you please also add in the gram measures to your recipe? I really want to try this out but I'm afraid there may be weight differences and the ingredient ratios might get skewed if our cup volumes are different. Thanks!
Your brownies are the best, I mean THE BEST! You're right, it's perfection! This is after I tried to use a lot of brownie recipes and ate a lot of brownies from pastry shops.
I made this and it is REALLY GOOD! Reminded me almost of the Ghirardelli boxed brownie mix which I love and could not afford to buy anymore so this was a great alternative.
I tried this recipe today and the brownies turned out great! I think my oven was different so I had to bake the brownies for a total of 35 minutes. I also reduced the overall sugar amount to 2/3 cup. The brownies were better than boxed version! I loved the edges especially :)
hi i just want to ask, when you reduce the sugar, does the brownies still tastes sweet or less sweet? Because i wanna do this but the sugar looks a lil bit extra😅
Tried them yesterday came out so well..I loved the chocolaty in the brownies and they were so juicy inside..I loved it !! Also I have tried your choco chips cookies which are the bestest of all ✌
1st time to bake cookies! Tried this recipe and used muscovado sugar instead of brown sugar. I'm not sure that's what made the cookies too sweet for my preference. But thanks for this. Very fool proof for beginners like me! Cooked it at 180 degrees C for 10 mins. :)
I tried to make many times but there were something missing in my brownies. But the day I tried your recipe it was perfect and so yummy! My 7yrs kid loved it! Thank you so much @Honeysuckle for your explanation to make this! ❤️ It really helped me!
Tried this. The texture and crispy layer etc was perfect but it was way too sweet. Suggest to reduce the sugar. I think 3/4 cups sugar will be just nice. Am gonna try it with reduced sugar again.
I lost my brownie recipe 🙁 so I’m looking for a new perfect brownie. I just made these brownies and they’re in the oven baking. I’m so excited!!! I used 4 oz unsweetened 100% cacao and 4 oz semi-sweet baking bar. I added a tad bit more brown sugar to take the edge off of the unsweetened chocolate. Will update after they’re cooled, cut, and tasted. Thank you for the recipe!
*morning-after update* I’m eating one right now… possibly the best brownie I’ve ever made. I will be using this recipe for years to come. I did add in some semi sweet chocolate chips at the end for that crunch that I love in a brownie. Oh I may add that is the first time I’m not adding espresso powder to my batter and it’s not missed at all. Thank you again for the perfect brownie recipe🖤
I've tried to make brownies before so many times but they were never perfect. Istg this is the BEST recipe. It came out so good and yummy!! Thanks for this amazing recipe! 💜
Tried your recipe and it is really PERFECT!! I added some walnuts on top. My mom who’s not into sweets loves it too. Thank you so much for sharing. **tried your chocolate chip cookie recipe as well. ❤️❤️
i made this many times and this is the perfect brownie for sure, but for me to make it more perfect I put 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee to mellow the sweetness slightly, just sharing :D I'm glad I found your recipe :D
Wow! This is a really good recipe!!! What is your favourite cake and where did you get your cake pan from? Thank you so much! I tried your chocolate chip cookies not long ago and they turned out really good and sooo tasty.
Literally the best brownie recipe and I've tried so many and these are legit the best ones and I'm making them for the second time today🥳🥳🥳 THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!
omg i clicked on this vid without knowing it was honeysuckle. i just searched "perfect brownie" AND THIS VID CAME UP! WHEN I SAW IT WASS HONEYSUCKLE i knew it was gonna be a good one
I have loved watching this video of yours. Loved the small tips and tricks and the reasoning that you give, for every step. I don’t remember any other videos doing this. I mean saying what to do is different than saying what and why. I loved it, thank you so much. I made some brownies yesterday but didn’t turn out like this. I will do it again with your method. It’s just that my chocolate and butter will be different brand, since I don’t think we have this brand in Canada.
I really love your setup here, its so calming and beautiful. Its so inspiring to cook! I did a Nutella blackout brownie today! I really love brownies specially when its fudgy! Tjhank you for your video!
Thank you so much for sharing your brownie recipe. This is indeed perfection! ❤I have made this 4 x and everyone loved it. 😊I have directed them to your you tube channel. Your choc chip cookies are also divine ! Can’t wait to try more of your recipes ❤😊

I made the grave error of using waxed paper once while making brownies.. it became one with the brownies 😅 I can't wait to try this recipe! Thank you for doing all of those trial runs so we get the perfect one!
