Has been doing bodybuilding for the last 4 years, Now that I have been following your db only workouts for 3 weeks consistently, my endurance, flexibility,mobility has increased significantly. Also, I'm preparing to join the armed forces. These workout programs and techniques is very beneficial for my running as well as jumping programs. CrossFit and Tabata is better than any other training style. Maybe callisthenics are better or at the same level .

Obi please elaborate on the EMOM , is there any rest between the rounds, as each round has 4 exercises , and doing five rounds of these leaves 4 spare minutes .

do a round of 4 exercise in 1 minute. If you finish it in 40 seconds, then you have 20 seconds for rest. Then repeat until 10 minutes

Obi This is the 3rd video I watched of you. Like your style and approach. But those last round push-ups of complex you lost your form. Here in South Africa we call those type of push-ups 'floor f#kkers. But great workout A+

+ObiVincent I tried this today, third workout in about a year. I struggled with the 1st complex tbh; I've strained my right wrist (doing yoga, not through 'boredom'!) as such I wasn't able to push as much tin as I'd have liked. I ended up keeping the reps the same, but lowering the weight to 35kg. The 2nd complex I couldn't do due to my wrist. Instead I did a complex I saw Chris 'you don't need abs to be worthy' Hemsworth do. Consisting of: 2x30kg BD farmer's walk up and down the gym (I think Thor was using a couple of small buses in his video), followed by bear crawls up and down and finishing with 10 air squats, for 6 rounds. Despite trying to squeeze my lungs out of my anus, I really enjoyed the workout! I'm using this work out as a benchmark, that I can revisit in a month/ few months, to track my progress. Thanks for the great content. Many workout RU-vidrs seem to want to cater only to the top 1%. I find your videos to be non-judgemental and you come across as very accessible/ approachable, despite the fact of your credentials/ size. Keep up the good work Brosepf, I hope this day finds you well.

Hi sir! Your workouts are awesome. Not trying to body build but I love Crossfit and enjoy the routines. For the burpees over bar, what could I use to substitute? I have a bad knee so burpees would not be a good iea. Thanks :)

Awesome workout Obi!! I have been following and enjoying your content for a while now, and the workouts are always fun as you say. Could you please explain the EMOM?. There are 4 exercises starting from 12 to 16 which makes it 5 rounds, 20 minutes in total. Is there an extra round or a break after each round?

there are 4 + 1 min rest = 5mins , Every minute means performing each exercise within the Minute, also the rest counts as a round too
