Madame I really appreciate your way of cooking style but one thing I like to remind you that cloves and cinnamon doesn't go in real goan fish curry as you can call your curry a fish masala and not Goan fish curry . God bless you.

Dear Wendy, your fish curry was delicious,because I tried it even though I had doubts about the cinnamon and cloves,but it turned out very good. The cloves and cinnamon added a punch to the curry and knocked out fishy smell.

I am sorry to say this but cinnamon and cloves are not the spices that you add for a fish curry. It's only added in meat dishes

If it tastes good, I’m not sure what the harm is in having variations of a recipe. Cooking is not regimented. My mom makes a similar recipe but doesn’t add tomatoes or coconut milk- it tastes delicious. I’m sure Wendy’s version is delicious too.

Well, this is Wendy's Fish Curry recipe, and I'm sure it tastes great! My family recipe includes garlic, no ginger, and I use coconut milk powder in lieu of fresh coconut as It's easily available, and convenient. It's nice to learn different takes on what can make a great Fish Curry! 🙂

With joy and happiness in my heart, That certainly was a very good start. Coming home to your recipe, There's nothing more delicious than the Goan Fish Curry. 😋 It's aromantic, not too spicy, and a little tangy. The marinade was mouthwatering, As you spooned the fish for frying, I enjoyed listening to the oil sizzling. I'm looking greedily at the fish, I wish I could reach for the dish. Amazing recipe... Just same ingredients as my mom but we fry the ingredients with oil and then grind it.. Also we don't fry the fish...No much difference Goan , Mangalore recipe...Most importantly loved your gorgeous utensils and neatness... Absolutely amazing...👌👌👍♥️
