Hi, no bacteria cultures needed? I'm going to use pasturised milk, so some bacteria might help?

@@robandjasrecipes whenever I make cheese using pasteurized milk, I add some mesophilic or thermophilic cultures, depending on the type of cheese, you didn't add any. I wonder if they should be added or it's optional.

Where can I purchase the cheese baskets and the plastic cups that you store the cheese in?

I accidentally put the rennet in cold milk instead of warm. Will this work? I'll soon find out.

How do you dry the Chase and put black pepper on it

Hi Aida you put the pepper after 1 day of drying (they will not be very dry yet so the pepper will still stick to them) We use a little fan to dry them so the process takes longer. If you dry them outside they will dry faster so you need to put black pepper before they actually get too dry.
