Love the gold micro rod. I use it for everything pan fish. First catch on it out the box was a 4.3lb bass and it handled it like a champ.

Why? They aren’t going to make one that’s better than Shimano/Daiwa/Abu. You’re paying for a name. Rods, ok, but their reels can’t compete.

Is there a possibility of a 8’6 length micro series rod because I would think it’ll be perfect for mini jigging in here in California for Rainbow Trout, Lighting Trouts & some crappie. Would appreciate feedback.

Show some love to Cali make some 7 - 8 foot ultralight for us trout and crappie anglers who use your gear! Btw I love your baits and rods for striper I’m killing it!

If you guys did a ultralight baitcaster, it would sell pretty well. BFS guys always have to go for overseas rods and the quality is hit or miss for budget options or an arm and a leg for high quality.
