I have same height and in school times i was one of the tallest in class, nowday kids which are fed with a meat filled with growth hormones and antibiotics at age 15 with height 180 are considered as midgets in class, feel kind of doomed when i am at mall and groups of kids are taller than me (even females!!) - at least in Poland. I would feel better to be at least 185

There is no minimum once they break you you better get maximum you can otherwise what's the point of 1+ years recovery,pain and money if you get few cm 7 and more minimum to make it worth it

It depends on what you refer to hiding since most people wear clothes you could only tell when u wear very short pants, but if you refer to how visible the scars are check out the comparisons video on youtube between LON and Precise 2 method. They are minimal and you can even get laser surgery to hide your scars, hairy legs also help because it hides the scars. I hope i could help !
