is that with hair or without here.. morning height or night height.. because your height decreases as knee plates compress after to wake up all the way upto the night as you work decreasing your height by 1-2 cm... I am 175 cm when I wake up from bed.. that's 5'9".. then from like 11am to 7-8 pm I am 174cm on the dot .. thats 5'8.5" on the dot... but by the time I got to bed + a little weight lifting ... I am 173 cm that's 5'8"... disclaimer (it's heel to the skin of the skull through the hair, hai don't count as I am going bald.. I don't count it in) ..now I consider the avg 174 cm to be my height..that's 5'8.5" .. with the hair I am 5:9" ... with shoes 5'10".... now when you see online research... what exactly do they mean... what wd my height be according to them!?

I understand your concern but I feel like you don’t know what a 100% body is. No one in day to day life uses 100% of their body’s capabilities. Shoot ever since high school football, I haven’t used my body to it’s best ability anywhere near that level. 7:27 this speech he gave about not quitting and pushing yourself every single day, being strong mentally and physically, it's a nice message, it just makes me a little sad that his height was such a huge factor in his happiness. I never felt my height was holding me back in anyway, aside from grabbing a stool if something is out of reach. Athletically all have our advantages and disadvantages, in the romance department, if my height was a turn off, it just means they weren't attracted to me and that's fair, just move on. 180cm is not "6ft." It's just barely on the brink of 5'11. And considering he's not standing up tall most of the time I see him, he is probably closer to 5'10. I do wish this man a speedy recovery, though, and I hope he's happy with whatever height he is. It took a lot of guts and a strong mind to do what he did, putting himself through all of this.

The telescoping rods extend slowly (1mm per day), allowing time for the new bone to grow in. Then the rods stay in the bones for about a year to allow the new bone to completely solidify and heal, and then the rods come out and your bones are simply longer for the rest of your life. Intensive process, but very effective if done right!

Honestly I'm happy for him but ironically as a 6'0/6'1 person, I feel insecure because I have a few friends who are a little taller than me or super tall for some reason. If i had to guess you going to be at least 6'3" minimum. But at the end of the day you can't control your height and its not even that big of a deal. Just be confident. This is from a 5'8" man that's never had an issue with his height. I was only 5' at your age. I couldn't see out the hallway windows in highschool😂😂😂. Hope this helps.

Y’all realize that it’s your mental block that pushes away women… I’m 57 and been with 30 to 40 or more women that were all great looking… Yeah, there’s always gonna be those idiots who are shallow and only wanna date guys over 6 foot but… It’s far less than you think.

Nope, not anymore is everywhere now in this new upcoming generation is straightforward shallow and plus not all women look better pass 40 when they were 20😂. Studies has shown women between 18 to 35 51 % like having a man taller than her. It is what it is

Because once your growth plates calcify, you stop growing. Men usually stop at 18-21. Women at 18 or less. Useless to use hgh at that point.

not the best business model in the world. Make people insecure about their height, then make them undergo a risky, painful and costly surgery that is medically unnecessary. This procedure shouldn't be available as a cosmetic surgery like 70% of the world.

The only thing is whats the guarantee What if bone get fractured? After doing surgery in 30s will there be Severe pain symptoms in 60s side effects? What if unable to even walk? Will the person be able to push hard in Leg Days? i mean bigger plates
