I am definitely trying this recipe. I love seafood. I will use andouille sausage instead of ground beef though. But this is the best looking recipe for stuffed bell peppers that I have seen. And that sauce put me over the top. I have never thought of making a sauce for my stuffed peppers. I just subscribed to your channel because of this recipe. Thank you.

I might be a bit obsessed with your recipes because I keep coming back to them when looking for ideas for dinner! I made these peppers tonight and they were amazing! I substituted cooked rice for the beef because I didn’t want anything to cover up the seafood flavor. Yum! Yum! Yum!

I have made this several in past 40 years but I use crab, chicken , turkey or lamb. I discovered poblano peppers they have not very hot , but they have a little kick to it. They are good stuffed. :-)
I made this recipe last night! Came out so delicious! Didn't have the crab meat, however, it still came out very tasty with just the shrimp. I also sauteed my shrimp first, then remove them from skillet. Added shrimp back in towards the end. Thank you so much, great video.
