I'm loving this new hardcore series!! You always have such vibrant energy and it always makes me smile. Know that it's only one building, but perhaps you should call the settlement 'Arfordir Ceirios' (afford-ir ker-e-os) which means 'Cherry Coast' in Welsh!
You know you only need one Sherd to make the pot. You use bricks to make the other sides, then you have four pots decorated on only one side and you can see all the glyphs!
I love the starting island I can't wait to see how it develops. The starter house is awesome, as usual. I always love seeing a new block palate, though Sanctuary was my favourite so far. ❤

I've been playing a lot of stardew valley lately and your starter island is giving ginger island vibes ❤ also although I like the time-lapses, I miss seeing you build and design during the episode (like you did with the farming area but with the builds!)
9/10 sausages for 5he house I really like it but I feel like 5he white concrete is bit too strong maybe a terracotta would look a bit more rustic. But ofc it’s only the starter base and it’s still amazing
Rib trim is underrated imo. Its pattern is a lot more subtle for times you don't want your armor to have too much flair. The colors are subdued too, very unique among the other trims.
Going through a tough time right now and I just wanted to say that it brightened up my day seeing you start a new series, as it's something I can look forward to. I don't often comment on videos but in this case it seems important to let you know that your positive energy and creativity leaves a huge impact, so I wanted to thank you for that. Keep up the great work Sausage, I know a lot of people can take something good from your videos!
I'm watching Sausage videos for years, I remember when his building style was much simpler and how new fancy tricks were only being made, and now, with many new blocks added to the game.. man that's what the progress looks like!
I'm 38 seconds into the video and I already have 2 reasons to like this guy: 1. He's calm and doesn't rush, also no "chop chop chop" breaking blocks montage 2. He's got that common sense and makes only a wooden pickaxe and goes for stone. Respect dude. Keep it going. Edit: the amount of puns he just casually throws at us lol
For me it's a 8 / 10 sausages house. Composition is nice, I like that it's partly on a diagnal, the tower breaks the single floor layout nicely. You really know how to make a building look good and it shows, plenty of expierence. Personally I'm not a fan of using spruce in every building, yes it's pretty universal, but there are a lot of different wood types which give different looks. For example jungle wood combos well with bamboo, moss and mud bricks in my opinion. Also not a fan of spamming chests like that, I like to at least make a basic shelves for them. Other than that interior looks great. I really like the kitchen area. Great job with this build.
That build style is nice. Looks like one of those medieval thatched roof cottages seen in British villages. I can't wait to see how this world expandes.
I adore the hardcore series! Since you are in a cherry blossom biome, it could be interesting to see you design builds with some east asian influences, could be fun! Love the video!
Love the editing, narrative and camera angles. Chopping down those bamboo trees is such a satisfying sound and feeling. Gonna binge watch these series from the start!

Have you ever thought about using the Capsule mod? It allows you to pack up your base into a capsule and bring it along anywhere (although the base maximum dimensions are 11 by 11 until you can get popped chorus fruits to make it 21 x 21 at most).
I loved this video!! You should name the sniffer Snoogle. It means "1. : to curl up comfortably or cozily : cuddle. 2. : to pull in close especially for comfort or in affection : nestle." I think it'd be a really cute name!
Hyped for this new hardcore series! Also, for sniffer safety, maybe close off the little nook with the rosebush. Remember what happened with Gem, where the baby sniffer went into a small space, then grew up into a space that couldn't fit it and suffocated before she could save it.

I stumbled upon this video when I searched 'Minecraft Let's Play" and I was not disappointed, this was a really fun, cool and interesting video, and so far, I haven't watched any other of your videos, but just this one has made me sub, it was fantastic and and I can't wait to watch more of your videos!

Just lost my hardcore world yesterday! I accidentally hit a zombie pigling while fighting a wither skeleton. It didn’t end well for me. 😂❤ Hope your world last a long time!
hey sausage, just now finally starting to watch this series! so awesome had to watch you transform another island. also just a tip that you may have found out by now but, you can make the pots with sherds, or bricks, or a combo thereof so you can have blank sides on the sides you don't see and save on sherds if you wanted.
