Please do a video breaking down the high pull? Interested in the movement for the lat engagement. Better or the same than the clean in your opinion? Thanks gregory!

Two Questions: The majority of demonstrations I've seen on the kettle bell swing, this video included, involve at least a small amount of spinal rotation. As gravity pulls the bell down and the athlete engages in the hip hinge, the athlete's spine is slightly rotated. I can imagine an athlete would never attempt a similar posture with a loaded barbell, so I wonder why is this okay with kettle bells? I also noticed both you and Angie may lift one heel off the ground after you swing the bell into motion. Is there a reason for this?

First time you ever mentioned the triangle. The kettlebell gods exist.

Switching hands is easier with an outside twist to bring handle vertical at top of swing (IMO). Also the breathing gets important especially when a serious weight is involved. Breathe out on both extension & amortization will help a lot. And lastly cast iron bells seems to offer better hand grip & more space for the little fingers when doing 2 hands swing.

Hey Buddy. Recently I bought 2 competition kettlebells. 16kg and 24kg. First... Love the vids thx for your content. Second I was wondering if doing odd weight kettlebell training is good? Like holding both weights in my case 16 and 24 kg and doing deadlifts and other exercises?

Kettlebell training is a lot about offset weight distribution anyway. Most movements that can be done with a single kettlebell on one side can also be done on both sides with different weights. Your core will have to do more work to fire your ab muscles and stabilize the movement, which is fine. While I would never recommend a bench press with an uneven loaded barbell, odd weight distribution is something that can be done easily with kettlebells. I'd suggest you switch the kettlebells between sets so both hands have to deal with the heavier weight at one point, to avoid imbalances. Even though I have many different KB weights and each of them twice, I also sometimes purposely use different weights to engage the core more or to relief one side if it's exhausted or injured.
