The basics are relatively simple for this movement but the added extras get a little complex quickly.
That said, the TRX Row in its basic format has a lovely pulling profile, in that it gets lighter as you pull up (provided you’re not too low down); something you would like from your pulling movements.
The problem is that you end up being able to do 100.
The solution is to add a weighted vest or a backpack with some extra load to you.
Suddenly you have an almost endlessly great back moment no matter your current level.
