TBH, Undertale was what got me into Touhou to begin with. I beat Jevil without getting hit a couple times and was like, "Wow, I've really improved as a gamer! Time to crank it up a notch!"

@@GrahamChapman Only two so far, and they're The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and Perfect Cherry Blossom. Between those two, I'd say that I prefer the latter over the former, but they're both very good! PCB has a third character, the supernatural border thing, more extra lives for a baby like me, the visible hitbox... Lots of quality of life changes, and I approve!

@@reddragon8167 True, ZUN did improve a lot over the course of just those two games. EoSD is still a fan favorite, of course, but imo it's feeling its age almost as much as the PC-98 era games do... I think Imperishable Night is my favorite. The gimmicks and wide variety in bullet patterns just appeals to me. Btw, have you checked minusT's animations? Since you've played EoSC, I'd say his Reimu vs. Remilia, Marisa vs. Flandre, Reimu vs. Yuyuko and Humans vs. Yukari animations would appeal perfectly to you. (I cannot quite recommend the other animations before you've played some more TH titles... not because you shouldn't watch them, but just on account of the fact that they're far more enjoyable when you can recognize the danmaku patterns.)

@@GrahamChapman I have not, but I'll check them out! I'm honestly really enjoying both getting spanked in-game and learning more about the hijinks of all the characters and whatnot. It's great fun!
