Thank you for your input! Now that I have seen this video, I am considering ordering some food from there myself! I just had some sausage links FedExed to me today from a bbq restaurant in North Carolina being I live in Southern C.A. I'll be cooking them this weekend!
Nothing like eating it fresh from the restaurant though. I'm north of Dallas, but drive down to that area once in a while and try to hit up one of the incredible BBQ joints around the Austin area.
Went there in September of last year. My wife and I waited a little more than an hour to get in, and it was totally worth it. I ended up in a food coma and it was absolutely fantastic. Best vacation just because of Black’s BBQ.
What a fantastic video this is! Marvelous job! I really enjoyed the beef brisket demonstration that he did. That really made me hungry and my mouth water! Is it possible for me to be able to order some food items from you and have it or them delivered out here to Southern C.A.? Please let me know ASAP. Blacks BBQ has been my favorite brisket since first ate there in 1960 at age of 5.......Don't take the "easy" way out and go to Austin/San Marcos/New Braunfels.....go to LOCKHART.
Can't believe this place made their employees share their tips with managers and saw nothing wrong with that. Y'all needed the Labor dept to take y'all to court to teach y'all to be fair. WTF... smh...Won't be going here anymore.
