So sounds like you have zero sources or at least zero on the record sources. This is just childish, please stop saying you have sources when you don't.
There's too much ego in paintball. Paintball is its own worst enemy and exactly the same reason why it WONT EVER be mainstream. Paintball players (not all) suck and say "grow the sport" (while I overshoot you and dominate you). It's a sport I love to hate.
😂 it’s funny this is going down cause I’ve Become a member of the paintball community and been watching countless videos on everything this channel against the other ones I’ve seen is the most transparent and honest. From the marker videos I really enjoy those the most cause I’m looking to upgrade to a speedball gun.
@@WillBallForSoup how people can’t recognize passion age respect that you have for the sport is crazy. I feel the exact same about football. A big reason I got hooked on your channel.

$25 million seems way too low. Brass eagle sold for $70+ million almost 20 years ago. I would hope one of the top marker manufacturers would have a valuation of closer to $100 million at minimum
I could see it happening, paintball markers have reached a certain point where it's hard to improve on them and in order to sustain the company they would have to really innovate and come up with new ideas to make new markers. Otherwise they're going to have to sustain on current marker sales, and how long will that last and how many employees would that sustain?
People have been saying that for a long time brotha. Granted it’s probably more true now than ever but still. Always amazing how they continue to raise the bar
1. Anti chop capabilities without electronics = level 10 mag bolt, no one is improving on the design. 2. PE mills the shit out of their guns. Light weight but easy to break and the whole package cant handle tons of stress. 3. The same spool valve design is being used by many companies, no variety. 4. The same ir sensors and no TRUE closed loop system. 5. Most of the crazy milling is a thing of the past :(. If i drop 1500 on a gun. I am paying not just for the tech but the craftmanship of the gun.
@@1ManBandMan a level 10 mag cant break paint and is more durable than any gun made these days. paintball tech peaked in the early 2000s. instead of making better and better gear, the manufacturers just need to make a rounder ball. simple as
you could have killed it, delayed it, or caused it to increase in price. if I was PE I would sell - they are nearing peak engineering or have already surpassed it. they have the low end and high dominated and are putting out simple solutions for beginners. keep it up, I love these
Rumors like this aren't going to kill at $25M deal. If they have financing in place or are self-funded, it's about the amount PE receives and if they care about their legacy and heritage in the marketplace. They would want it quiet in case another company would make a higher unsolicited offer for them before the deal closes. The only people who would be in trouble are the people who talked because they are potentially under an NDA and shouldn't have said anything in the first place. This is just general business insight from my business experiences. I'm not affiliated in any way with the paintball industry.
@@theoriginaldashriprock hey asshole. You have no idea how close this deal was. Word from John D and RyGuy. But hey. There's plenty of bullshit industry dick riding media for you consume. I don't even want you here.
Planet Eclipse is an amazing company and is set apart from the rest. Always curious about what they have coming next! I’d personally love to see how a pistol style marker would look in the planet eclipse EMF category.
Despite all the bullshit I've been through. I'd say Eclipse is the #1 marker manufacturer in the game. Which would make them very attractive for a buyout 👹
@@WillBallForSoup maybe trying to round up all the materials and parts for manufacturing? Or they don't want to drop at the same time the HK sonic does?
First id say, talking about rumors is in no way illegal. No different then people typing on forums or social media. If Planet was sold out id be upset. Esp to Kore. Really their only new release has been JT masks. Nothing else i can think of, correct me if im wrong. Empire no longer has vanquish, tippmann has not had any updates. Heck tippmann no longer even sends a tradeshow setup to Fulda Gap Scenario which is one of the biggest games on east coast. Anyway I will stop rambling, back to point. I feel eclipse being sold would lead to falling customer service, no new r & d to develop anything down the road, and overall change to dynamic of the industry. I would rather eclipse stay independent and keep producing great quality stuff that has and is growing the sport of paintball.
@@WillBallForSoup didn’t even know there was a giveaway my guy. Keep up the grind. I think paintball has a HUGE potential to explode all over again but they have to be extremely smart on marketing and advertising. Targeting the youth is the way to go but it hurts to play so the there’s that problem. I think A very possible and obvious future development in the sport of Paintball will be through the clothing/outfits. Development and different sponge/padding will have to take place. Also involving technology into the actual fit. Like when you get hits you light up. That would greatly help the sport from cheaters
im just saying planet eclipse is one of the best paintball markers and I just feel that if the get bought out there will prolly be price cuts on the markers and when new guns are made they wont have the amazing standard quality as the when it was just their own company and i know when a company buys out another company it usually doesn't end up well
once the deal is done and they aquire the rights to all p.e. intelectual properties, i garauntee core outdoors is gonna file a lawsuit against shocker paintball for infringements on gamma core in attempt to eliminate the competition
Get ready to start seeing faulty issues with PE guns. lol When companies buy out other companies they want to instantly make back their investment and that means cutting corners. Little things will start going bad and their reliability will slowly go downhill.
“This is real journalism” -a guy who has no degree in journalism, communication, media, etc, and has never worked for any kind of media or news organization, in any capacity ever. Okay that was harsh, but I think you need an understanding that a kore part(pun intended) of journalism is ethics and legality. A guy or even multiple guys telling you the “overheard” a guy say something is not in anyway shape or form proof of shit. You have never offered any proof of any of these claims you make other than “I HaVE soURces GUyS…”
That's definitely not the case. If the Buyout happened I'm sure they would keep a majority of their designers. Stores who have JT/GI accounts would also have Eclipse accounts. The business stays open but it has new owners.
