Interesting. The really hardened, cynical character type (like Molly) is actually something I don't really care for. Unless they are an antagonist or will develop later, I like hardened characters to the extent of Sesshomaru (Inuyasha), Bigby from Wolf Among Us or Batman, etc.; still with moral/admirable traits.
47:50 Based on what I've seen of the game, I'm excited for Nier: Automata. I never really got a chance to play the original Nier game extensively, no more then an hour, but based on what I've heard and watching Super Best Friends Play's series on it, Nier has a lot of good things going for it: Fantastic art direction, a great soundtrack, and a plot that, while kind of hard to follow initially, has some great payoffs once it comes together. Unfortunately, the actual game itself and it's mechanics were...rough around the edges. While not bad, it never seemed whollely consistant. And with Platinum Games being involved, maybe they might be able bring it altogether this time. This boss battle footage from E3 2016 already makes me thinks so (Hell, the boss theme in this video makes shiver in anticipation): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Iq3_phBQA_Y.html
