what would you say is the most important skill to work on as a 15 yr old pg looking to play overseas?

Not sure Teodosic is a great example for basketball IQ. His passing skills are undeniable and his reads have indeed gotten better in the latter part of his career, but for a great period of time he was notorious for not understanding momentum and pace, and also making hot-headed decisions in crucial moments. 2012 Euroleague final is the prime example, CSKA were +13 at the end of Q3 and Olympiacos managed to snatch it at the buzzer, Teodosic making ill-advised choices all the way (3 AST/5 TOs). 2013 Euroleague semi final, he goes 1/9 from the field, 1 AST in 29 minutes. 2015 Euroleague semi final, again they squander a late +9 lead to Olympiacos, Teodosic goes 2/9 FG, 6 TOs. He has routinely been the PG you don't want to have run your team.

An example of an nba control, is similar to an nfl quarterback (slide/dive/spike) in game. The control move is used in the nba, like going out of bounds and losing control of the ball.
