In Arizona, if a police officer is convicted of a felony, they are automatically decertified by AZPOST. Decertification in one state virtually guarantees that the officer can't be employed in any other state.
I wonder why some of these officers only end up on the Brady list, but aren't prosecuted themselves 🤔 Perjury is illegal. So is lying on a police report. And drug possession. And obstructing an investigation. Seems like officers that commit those "integrity issues" should not just end up on a list. They should be charged and prosecuted just like anyone else.

This is pretty funny, and this has me in complete and utter SHOCK 😮 ! It's pretty hypocritical now that cops are in the hot seat 🔥 for their misconduct that they continue to carry on even after being placed on the list , these are sustained findings, cops have been for years depriving law abiding citizens, and hate to say even criminals of their due process rights, planting evidence , using unlawful excessive force , having a wreckless disregard for human life kneeling on people necks for 8 minutes 46 seconds cutting off circulation, and killing people , wreckless disregard for citizens constitutional rights that protect us citizens, now all of a sudden when judgement day comes ,and the brady list is created to hold bad cops accountable for their actions, all of a sudden cops want to complain about their constitutional rights being violated. Hypocrites I tell you, just plain hippocrits . Keep the Brady list, and Brady list officers need not wear a badge , nor testify in court because their credibility is shot, whether it be planting false evidence, making false arrests , filing false reports, sending innocent people to jail, because they hid evidence , people that are getting released 20-50 years later exonerated when these cops who are no longer on the force , retired collecting full benefits are exposed in commiting crimes of false Imprisonment , whether it be lying on the witness stand, using excessive force , illegal stops traffic or non-traffic, and to hear these officers are still on the force after sustained findings of misconduct only puts the general population in danger. , because these officers are going to continue this behavior, you have police departments that don't hold their officers accountable sweeping misconduct under the rug, slow walking complaints, or sweeping complaints under the rug, failing to disclose exculpatory evidence to the prosecutor , or the prosecutor failing to disclose exculpatory evidence to defendant's attorneys, because they are trying to to get their conviction rate up , even if that means sending innocent people to jail, system is so corrupt. Especially towards minorities , and people of color, what justice do they get to have? None because it's lawyers like you that try to make a profit from keeping corrupt cops from being exposed. You do the community more harm, than you do good. These officers should not have the opportunity to get attorneys once they are placed on the list. They can try to testify in court , but once we know their names are on the list there will be a bunch of pitchess motions, police axon body camera footage being subpoenaed , Brady motions being filed, , and we don't get it , there are going to be a lot of prosecutorial misconduct motions, and Brady violation motions being filed following that, if they want an innocent person thrown in jail on false charges they have a history of filing , we are not going down 👇 alone, they will be sitting a cell right b side us. That's a promise. I know one police department where 75% of their officers are on the Brady list. That includes the supervisors, and investigating detectives who have abused their power.
