A little story Ben . I have a friend who didn’t have a lot of money but really wanted a cart so he could vend food. I’m retired so I have time so I offered to help him build one. I gave him my time. So I went to his house everyday like it was my job. He didn’t have many skills but he did his best to help me build his cart. Final it was done. Now three years have gone by and he is still trying to get the cash together to get his business set up. I guess my point is it takes more than a cart to be successful. Gotta have the will to do it.

Hi Ben, Good to see you. I am working on another trailer. I am rebuilding a 1966 Oasis and turning it into a snack wagon. I just bought a Snowie 3000 for a steel of a deal and it is only four years old but only used two summers. It's been sitting in storage for the last two years. I haven't been able to get out and do anything for the last four years but things are looking up at this time. You have a great day.

Hey Ben, love the videos. I've been binge watching them for about the last month. I plan on opening a hot dog cart (and catering!) business in Melbourne FL. I'm about a month out. I've got my business registered, just sold my extra car and am shopping for used cart, and can't wait to get started. Just wanted to say thanks for all your insight and will be joining vendor united with the leftover money I have after the cart purchase. You'll be seeing me pop up under my cart name "The Dog Star" shortly. Cheers!

Hey Ben love hearing your story's I'm a new hog dog vendor in Knoxville I have one of your carts the cash cow I just started in January this year I'm doing pretty good for what I have I'm doing hot dogs and notches would like to send you a picture of my set up maybe sometime if you're in Knoxville in hall's I've got several locations the name of my business is Happy dog hot dogs and catering would really like to tell you my story sometime thank you sir and God bless

I tried joining vendors united 😢and found out I needed Facebook in order to get advice and help. I don't have nor plan to have social media. Is there any other way to join and be part of this organization? I'm listening all your videos as im driving my tractor trailer. So far I visited several towns and cities. Most if not will not allow vendors in towns unless it's a fair or farmers market. I'll be sending an email to the Institute of Justice soon. Oh yeah all of them require all vendors to get a criminal background check with police. !what the fudge is all that about?!?!

So, do they not allow you to vend or do you need a background check? You said both.

@@jkfu247 they will only allow to vend during a function such as farmers market or when town offers movie or concert night. Aside from that no other times. No daily vending in several towns I visited 6 towns so far all are the same. I can't believe they discriminate on vendors this way. Yes all required criminal background checks.
