I’ve been there & I know it feels hopeless & like you are going through it alone & have to figure it out alone. But you absolutely do not. Know that there’s absolutely no shame in asking for help & that you are burdening absolutely NO ONE when you ask those that you love & care about for help. When I felt this way, someone I care for deeply asked me, “If I came to you and was feeling this way, would it be a burden to you?” And of course I quickly said, “Of course not!” And then I realized. We get stuck in our own heads in this fast moving life. But the people that you’re surrounded by will actually find joy and purpose in being there for you if you ask/let them be. Praying for you.
