The act of listening is to just be open...no mental pushing or pulling. No judgement or aversion. If one tries to analyze the suffering, the energy just gets tied up again with a new label of right and wrong. Sitting with it in pure awareness (without adding to the story), allows the energy to run through the body and transmute.

Why sometimes listening to a specific person is feeling like the person is "draining" you out..? How to change or avoid that feeling of "draining " . Then on the other hand speaking with another person gets you feeling "lifted up".. how comes?

What about the fact that thoughts can actually manifest ? If it is so then one can hurt himself or others with certain "negative" thoughts ; should they be left uncontrolled anyway ?

Namaskaram guruji I don’t know if you read this comments but I have been practicing hatha and kriya yoga for 3 years know I was initiated by my guru, ever since I started I expirience headaches in the forehead region everyday now for 3 years, I am only 20, do you happen to know what it could be?
