In today's video, I was inspired by an artist on I saw on Instagram Lori Mirabelli. I was looking for some inspiration using magenta and I was really drawn to some of her work and I wanted to try and see if I could create something similar for myself.
I'm not exactly sure all of the mixed media supplies she uses so I went wih my own idea, incorporating modeling paste, stencils, lots and lots and lots of varies pink/magenta hues, a hit of indigo and black to anchor the piece, the tiniest hint of gold and some leaf for a little bling and tried my hand again at mark making using some fun tools and last but not least tissue paper for an element of collage that I coloured myself!
