My husband switched to mushroom coffee & he enjoys it. I think the key is heating your water to the right temp. He only had some caffeine withdrawal for a couple of days. As for me, pry my coffee outta my cold dead hands.

I would suggest using real half & half with some real sugar and maybe a drizzle of vanilla extract to have a “creamer” with no additive ingredients. Or buy /make a caramel syrup and premix with half & half to make it more convenient.

A " I tried" series would be amazing, Cassie! I enjoyed this! I bought Ryze at the beginning of July. I don't like the taste, maybe I should use a tablespoon instead of the wooden spoon 😅

I did not like this coffee. It tastes like rancid coconut to me. I tried so many times and even added it to regular coffee but I can't stomach it.

I highly suggest matcha! May have slowly realizes the caffeine, so you don’t get the jolt or the crash- just a gentle elevation

I tried out RYZE initially since it was gifted by my sister. I loved it and now subscribed myself. Bloating is gone, I had no caffeine withdrawals, helped me with brain fog, and I feel great! Worth the try definitely.

I dunno. Why not just drink decaf, or a blend of caffeinated/decaf? Those flavoured creamers are all artificial and so terrible for you. Seems like having to dump a bunch of that stuff into this mushroom beverage just to make it palatable would counteract any benefits.

I have been using Pella mushroom coffee which tastes great and dissolved well. There is no grit. I use vanilla almond milk and a stick blender that gives it a nice froth. I bought mine on Amazon and there is no subscription to worry about. It gave me nice results. Curbed my sugar cravings, gave me energy, and my chronic aches and pain are gone.

This would make an amazing series! I’ve always been curious about mushroom “coffee” but never tried it. I have adhd and coffee never does anything for alertness for me and def never saved me from the afternoon slump but maybe I’ll give this a shot! I’m glad it’s working for you ❤

I've got ryze mushroom coffee as well it's helped alot with my bloating and I don't get crashes like I would with my coffee. I would recommend getting an electric spinner thingy it helps mixes that mushroom powder alot better and gets alot of those lumpy powder bits out. But definitely keep drinking it for a good whole week straight you'll notice some changes in your body ❤❤

Cassie, I cannot agree with you more about drinking lots of coffee during college- only way I survived. After I graduated, I gradually stopped and haven’t had any in years! When people find out they are shocked- like how can you function without it 😂 Thank you for doing the Ryze review because I’ve been interested myself.

The MCT oil in Ryze is a laxative. It will make you regular, if you are not. I subscribed to Ryze for about 6 months. We used a frother to mix one tablespoon to regular coffee and I added vanilla almond milk creamer. I did not use the wooden spoon to measure. I subscribed, but then I found I had more full bags in the closet as we were getting them to often. Time for me to restart my subscription.

I mean in your still shot of your video it says magic mushrooms. Is this a psychedelic based coffee??? I mean if this is just a mushroom coffee maybe just not call it magic mushrooms. Magic mushrooms aka shrooms. You get high from magic mushrooms (shrooms). I mean state if its just mushroom but alas you trying to pull in as many views as you can so why not make people think you taking pyscedllics to get high???

I tried the RYZE, it did nothing for me. The taste is ok if you don’t like bitter coffee. I didn’t know when I bought my first bag that it was set to auto ship so I got stuck with bags until I had to cancel it so beware you may get extra orders if you don’t want it.

Thanks for the review...Ive been wanting to try it as well. I feel with the Hazelnut creamer, it'll taste great!! It sounds 😒 but I think if you put the powder in first and then the water, it dissolves a lot better.

i've never tried a mushroom coffee, but just FYI, i find that when you mix a powder (like instant coffee, hot cocoa) with milk/creamer first and then add the hot water that seems to distribute things more evenly.

I use one of those hand held little battery operated wisks. This helps to “mix” it better than just a spoon and swirling it. I like this stuff but it’s pricy to me.

The taste is not so enjoyable. There are some benefits…tummy issues seem to be better. I was shipped the same that I ordered the first time and I was not happy and unsubscribed thru written correspondence. There are other ones out there we may try. I also have a cup of regular coffee here and there instead. Thanks for sharing. It was a good video for those who haven’t tried the Ryze mushroom coffee.

BS. Don't spread your lies to strangers on the internet. I have been vegan almost a decade and my hair has never been thicker, longer or healthier. Some people's hair has been that way their entire life, some people have PCOS and hormone issues directly related to their weight (causes male pattern baldness). I'm not gonna speculate on Cassie's hair because that's weird and rude but you are delusional if you think not eating dead animals makes your hair thin. You were never vegan, you ate a plant based diet and obviously weren't eating correctly if it made you lose hair. I've never known a single vegan who lost hair or had to wear WIGS, and I've met thousands 😂
