The "Natural Man" We can all become this natural man when ever we drift from yielding to each prompting from the Holy Spirit. Even at times of ambivalence; when we are uncertain we can pray at anytime, in any place and in any situation. We can borrow light and understanding from the perspective of our Father in heaven.
The whole point is as a leader, are we servant leaders who treats others in a way that they feel valued for their efforts made as a member of the organization.
