Honestly perfume has helped me with my mental health definitely a mood booster.

The confidence smelling good has given me is incredible honestly. I would wear out the worst outfit possible, but still feel amazing because I know I smell great.

I'm gonna be honest, I feel like the BIGGEST scent catfish ever. What I mean by that is, I LOVE SMELLING GOOD lol but imagine walk by them and they're thinking "woah who smells good?" And then they look up and see it's just me 😭😭😭😂

I apply minimum of 20-25 sprays throughout the day of different designer fragrances in my 300+ collection and receive compliments left right and centre! Usually I'm the best smelling guy wherever i go and I'm not even kidding :)

The power of smelling good is underrated by many people. I love going out and sporting a fragrance I enjoy. What an infectious experience when others appreciate it too.

Going out there to agree smelling good HELPS so much just sometimes it isn't openly acknowledged. Always seeing myself as a bigger guy (5'11 and 218-220 currently) I always tried my best in anyway to raise my attractiveness. The top 3 things girls always say to me is "you always smell so good", "you look like you care when you get dressed" and "you are always doing your hair/keeping facial hair neat". These are controllable elements that anyone can take into their own hands. Because then after those type of compliments it I get the 'easy to talk to", "everyone loves being around you" and "you do your own thing you dont care what people think". Those three sort of outward things draws a person in and makes them curious enough to talk to you. It also greatly helps boost your confidence when you wear something you like and you have a smile on your face.

😩 Really seems to be underrated... I will leave the house, work uniform on smelling like Black Orchid and not a damn soul will acknowledge me... I initially thought that maybe the scent lacked good projection. Only to be complimented a few days later and realized it's not a projection issue, some people just don't care

Thank you for posting this. This is so true. I started collecting cologne/parfum bit by bit and found my scent which is Montale Blue Amber. This has helped me tremendously when I feel stressed out.

I get what you mean by trying to be mass appealing and then finding your own style. I started with Aventus-inspired fragrances and I genuinely liked them, then I moved to Hawas and really enjoyed it also. I recently discovered Prada L'Homme and JPG Le Male Le Parfum and those have become probably my two favourites as of now. As I try more and more fragrances I am finding what I like the most and what notes appeal to me, personally. Iris is common between the two so I think that might be something that's appealing to me - I want to try Prada L'Homme Intense, Dior Homme Intense and Armani Code Parfum and see if I like those!

Avon perfume are great, and affordable in my opinion and they seem to be memorable for some reason. I love the Chanel, Arianna G. And Liz Claibourne collections as well. Get many compliments regularly.

It’s called RSA. A part of our brain that’ll tune into frequencies that we would consider important. Ex: you’re in a crowded room, it’s loud and noisy and all of a sudden you hear your name being called and IMMEDIATELY it grabs your attention. When having a good smell, from a person that is in love with you, their RSA receptors will go off and they’ll instantly store your scent into their brain. So whenever they smell that same scent you will automatically pop up in their head. Great video, great explanation, on point for sure.

I'll never forget first hanging out with my girlfriend and her telling me I smelled really good when we hugged. Got her a stuffed animal for Valentine's day and she asked me to spray my cologne on it. Spicebomb

I wear cologne sometimes. Women tells Me, hmmm you smell good omg. At first I never thought much about it. Then it was more than 5 women telling me This. That's when I realized that women Like a nice smelling cologne
