Took a rest day from the gym, consumed my bodyweight in chocolate, listened to uplifting music, invested in the business, in bed absorbing content like this. Tomorrow at 07.30 I'll be in the gym, I am going to add 8kg. Change my image. Invest more In the business. Study and learn a new skill. Take 12 months off dating. Do some inner work.
I agree with you 💯%...we need time off , but you see the ladies most of the time "move on" to another "move on" quite fast...you give to yourself 12 months.

You are saying 30 days, it took me good few months to put myself back together to go and do those things you are talking about (get active, improve yourself, take up new hobby etc.) It depends on the breakup, everybody is different and every situation is different. I wish everybody to heal properly before dating again🤗
I had the same experience , during the honeymoon phase , he was afraid to lose me. When the love bombing phase is over , he said the magic was over . He blamed everything on me .

I had the same experience. He’s a wealthy and talented lawyer, he was going through transition (1 year) after divorce, when I met him , I didn’t even know the paper process had not been finalised. He put me through so much pains and hurts , just to break up with me.

I've practiced certain things and it has really worked, I've happily moved on and gained back my power and confidence, though alot is yet to be done, I'm on my way.
