For Spuhr mounts, 1.18inch works fine for traditional style stocks that have nothing above the barrel. But for stocks with handguards like MDT ESS chassis, you will need 1.5inch mount
Wow! Valdada IOR was the originator of the Christmastree reticle. It's nice Leupold finally came up with their own. 8-9 years is quick, I guess. They even copied the floating dot. "We came up with a reticle.." It's a mix between Valdada MP-1 Extreme (2012) and Steiner SCR.
