豉油皇煎大蝦
材料:
大花蝦4隻
蒜蓉少許
蔥粒/辣椒粒適量
處理:
1. 蝦,剪去腳及頭上尖的部分。
2. 蝦,打直,從頭部向下𠝹開,除去腸及胃囊。
3. 蝦,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 預備豉油汁:
a. 糖1茶匙
b. 生抽1湯匙
c. 清水3湯匙
攪勻。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油50毫升。
2. 蝦,先沾上生粉,放鑊內炸。
3. 蝦,一面已炸至金黃色,反轉繼續炸。
4. 蝦,兩面已炸至金黃色,擎乾油。
5. 加入蒜蓉在鑊內。
6. 加入豉油汁在鑊內,要加入蔥粒,炒勻。
7. 完成,上碟,灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。
8. 可享用。
Pan-fried big prawns in soy sauce
Ingredients:
Prawns 4 Nos.
Garlic sauce little
Green onion cubes/chili cubes appropriate amount
Preparation:
1. The prawns, cut off feet and sharp ends.

a. Sugar 1 tsp
b. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
c. Water 3 tbsp
Mix well.

1. Heat up 50ml of oil at high flame in wok.
2. The prawns, dip some tapioca starch. Put in wok and continue frying.
3. The prawns, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying.
4. The prawns, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, drain the oil.
5. Add in garlic sauce in the wok.
6. Add in the sauce in the wok. Add in green cubes. Fry well.
7. Complete. Put on plate. Put green onion and chili cubes on top.
8. Serve.
