This film is from the LBJ Library moving picture collection created by the White House Naval Photographic Unit, aka the Navy Films. The films consist of monthly reports on the activities of President and Mrs. Johnson from 1963-1969.

LBJ oversaw one of the most turbulent periods in American history. He left behind a great legacy, including historic civil rights legislation, Medicare and advancement of the space program. He knew how to get things done. Sadly, he couldn't figure out Vietnam. Incredible that he only lived to age 64.

San Antonio, Texas is beautiful! Visited this beautiful city with family. Care about someone whom lives there presently. Enjoyed learning this incredible history of our President.
