wrong explanation of 7 a) b) and (c) it explains future and past performance and in c) for present performance

No you are wrong. This is a condition section only , This section has no relation with present ,past & future.

@@AdvocateDishank3333sir in (a) pub servant accepts / obtain with intention to cause improper performance( that is he will do improper or forbear performance) in (b) he accepts/ obtain undue adv. as a reward for performance( which he has done) c) performs or induce other to perform in consequence of accepting( prsent) thank you sir
