It has been 6 years since the top prize in Punch a Bunch was increased from $10,000 to $25,000. Over the past 100+ playings, not once had a contestant found the $25,000 slip.
But today, an unthinkable event has occurred!

Did you guys hear Drew saying during the Wheel that he pulled out the 2nd slip that she punched on the board and he read $10,000 on it. So the first punch was $25,000 and the 2nd punch was $10,000 while the cameras were on break.

@@JonesDylan874 i know on my Price is right Pc Game i only had 2 People get a big amount so far during the million Dollar Spectacular Franny Picked the 50,000 Dollar Envelope on the 1st one she punchedwhich was the record instead of 25000 It was 50000 for the Jackpot and Another Person Jamie on the regular one picked 25,000 Dollars on the 3rd 1 she punched.

You mean besides the fact that when he pulled the slip out of the first hole, he just stood there staring at it in total silence for a few seconds (he basically had to process what his eyes were seeing)?

@Sheldon Cooper Not exactly. Bob's method was more like he'd open it up and hold it so only he could see what the amount on the slip was, then close it quickly. Most of the time, his "disgust" was merely an act. If it was something small (and possibly with an extra punch), he'd reveal it fairly quickly. On the larger amounts, he'd stall for a bit, and then eventually reveal it. Drew is a bit more matter-of-fact about it, even with a big win.

Noting that she got it on her first punch, there are only a few ways this could've been more epic. The most epic outcome would've been if she got the fourth prize right after getting the first three wrong.

Oh, no, there have been some $10,000 winners, back when that was the top prize. I think that was when Bob was still hosting. And there was a $25,000 winner in a MDS with him as well.

Well, I was not watching the game, but heard the audio since the TV was withing short distance and I thought she had spun the Showcase wheel and won the 25K. I guess I missed history in the making! :(

Drew couldn't believe it. His face gave it away. Not only was it the first time for 25k, but on the first punch. And her 2nd was 10k. They should give her both!

It happened twice since LINDA. Once on a Halloween Special & another recently in 2021 since Drew grew his beard. Other than that it happened multiple times during the Bob Barker era when the top prize for PUNCH A BUNCH was $10,000!
