Just incredibly heartbroken..... UNSPEAKABLY grief stricken of the passing of Dave. He was a great friend & a wonderful tape trader (and for me, a fellow Michigander). He will be missed very dearly 😭
He was a Michigander? I had no idea of that......(I am too one), so sad though......he was a definite staple of this community with all the content he'd post, and obviously even beyond that from what you said there. Didn't see this coming at all.
All I can say about the passing of David Downs is the world isn't the same without his presence - I especially loved his "Fan Favorites" uploads and the various packages of old commercials on his channel - rest in eternal peace, Dave! You will be sorely missed by all!!!!
I am not aware of any previous episode where the "Whoop Whoop" bell sound went off three separate times. Wow. Lots of cash given away on this episode (over $35,000).

Hey there, trailblazer91. Now, first off, I'm also shocked at really hearing about David's passing because I thought he was still doing good, but he'll be missed in all our hearts. Second, do you know what's going to happen with his channel or what? Until then, take care of yourself.
I'm not the person you were asking but since Downs' death, his channel is still actively posting shows. My guess is he gave his girlfriend access to his account before he died or they both shared that channel.
you got to be kidding me! i didnt know that david downs died! i had him and will be subscribed to his videos! i liked what he did! david, whereever you are in heaven, say hi to my mom diana zenor for me will you?
Well, here is what I do know, he had content for most of December ready to go, so assuming if he did the scheduled uploads route ahead of time, we'll probably see some new content for the next couple of weeks, but after that I don't know what's going to happen to his channel.
Not sure what will be after that, though. I need to know if it will be his widow or if another user like TVLubber will become the new user to fill that void.
TVLubber can piss off? What do you mean? If not for David Downs' widow, we want one of the other users to fill the void, preserve continuity and duplicate success of gamelover1949 by uploading every two days. TVLubber, Ryan Arrowood, mike jones, Million Colors of Light, Chad Mosher, or even thewhammy83. That has got to be or else things will never be the same.
@@cotyfinke9189 Or even Imad Khuri as well with the superb quality of episodes. From what I have been told though GSE (Game Show Entertainment) when they launch their channel in January is planning to upload similar content like David Downs in terms of format.
