@@landersfamily2795 yeah but that was in a different area when the nrl was a lot like union, where there were no sets so it shouldnt be compared to penriths dominance nowadays
Not a Panthers fan, but you can't not admire Nathan Cleary. He's such a great player and game changer...and that 3 part documentary showed just what a great culture and club he is part off. Great video as always.
Cleary was out for the last few rounds of 2024 with a shoulder injury, but prior to that this season he was out with hamstring injuries on 2 separate occasions.
He’s an incredible player but also humble, very professional and plays ethically and works real hard to be the best player he is. Wish you more years of great playing.
I would say he is on par with Thurston now. How do you surpass Joey tho? I don't ever think we'll see another 7 as good. Taking nothing away from Cleary , as he is a champion!
Sacred Heart College is an incredible Rugby school, producing some of the finest Rugby players the world has ever seen and countless more Rugby league players
5:46 incorrect. Storm won the minor premiership that year and were heavy favorites to go back to back. And you missed to highlight the MOST important win that started the Dynasty. It wasn't the grand final against Rabbitohs. It was the prelim final win a against the storm.
@@manmountain3205 Oh you didn't see the two games Moses had? Hynes only played game 1 cause Moses was injured. Madge had balls with selection based on past failures(i.e Teddy out) so, we'll never know if both were fit. Blues #7 is now Moses to lose. QLD might of done better had they replaced poor form Walsh & Grant too. Moses is better attacker no question.
Captained how many NSW SOO teams ? Played in how many winning SOO teams ? Captained how many Australian teams ? Captained how many clubs as sole captain, and ask yourself who do the refs call to ? Isaiah Yeo, Australian captain.
4 years of cheating 4 year streak on frowned apon premierships in all NRL history ! Anyone to think, Ashley Kliens' dad, who played for Penrith, wasn't going to be controversial or a one-sided game, has rocks in their heads. From getting off from illegal throws to hair pulling to crusher tackles to eye gouging to getting off from not playing the ball correctly to protecting Nathan Cleary when he kicks on the 5th to players not being onside creating broken plays , the list is bigger than any team in the game . If you were to look at it sitting on the fence , they were never good enough, so they bent every rule they could. To this, as I think as well as my mates, Penrith never won a Premiership. So now the NRL glorified these cheats because they want the money from Penrith to the country towns far as the eye can see . That's all Penrith was , a money grab ! No, I don't go for Melbourne nor do my mates . Congratulations on selling yourself out and not knowing what it's like to win a premiership the right way .
