I'm glad I managed to convert you! That's exactly it, I love the game and the total war franchise. But the game needs a lot of work to get it to where it needs to be. Thank you for your sub! Next week I'll be reviewing the value of the Chaos dwarves and whether I think they're worth a buy, stay tuned! 😊

I had so much fun assaulting Rome and Carthage in Hannibal at the Gates. Athens and Alexandria also had fun maps. Blasting the crap out of castles in Fall of the Samurai was also a ton of fun. Medieval 2 sieges in the late game were consistently fun. I feel as if lessons learns have been forgotten.

Defending Constantinople from the Mongolian horde. Or defending Syracuse from the House of Scipii has indeleably marked my brain. These sieges had their issues, but they were good and felt like sieges. I'll be covering the chaos dwarves when they release and give my honest opinion if they're worth the price tag. Stay tuned.

What mods were you using?? At no point… in any total war game… we’re sieges anymore than “throw bodies into this point.” The same level of fun or not fun as anything warhammer has done. Literally the only difference is ass ladders and boiling oil which was stupidly broken and as immersion breaking as ass ladders themselves. Like why is manning a cannon on the wall or a ballista any different than manning a tower? I will never understand siege enthusiasts and their rose colored glasses about previous tw games.
@mariusweber4990
@mariusweber4990 Год назад
@@user-ib2sv5cz2g I don't remember enough about the specifics mechanics to comment on that part. Even if I did, literally anything could be reduced to throwing bodies somewhere, if that's how you see and play the game, so I'm not sure there exists a satisfactory response to that position. As someone who enjoyed sieges in older historic titles (8/10 if I had to rate it), and the Warhammer ones a good bit less (6/10), there are a couple of things I disliked about Warhammer sieges: [For context, I have not played a TW game before Empire, or after WH 2.] 1. Siege attacks are now either full-on walled city sieges, or generic field battles. The in-between of prior titles was lost, creating a binary siege experience. 2. Single attack direction + single wall or corner sieges feel like movie prop sets. Don't get me wrong, they can create some great moments and visuals, but they still very much feel like narrow, curated set ups rather than organic world events. 3. Holding walls in the WH series is almost always a mistake as a defender, and troops on walls are much easier to kill as an attacker than troops on the ground. That's partially due to the aspects mentioned in 2., but the main factors are magic and fliers. That's just the setting, but it still hurts a core siege mechanic, and the general feeling of the siege setting. 4. Massive, but entirely static tower ranges. Even low-tier bolt throwers somehow outrange dedicated siege artillery to enforce interaction, but cannot fire outside of their very specific arc, and only outside the wall. Run outside its range or anywhere on the inside, and suddenly everything stops shooting. This contributes to the gamey feel of Warhammer sieges. Overall, the organic jankiness of old TW games felt like part of the game world to me, while the modern Warhammer sieges feel more like curated video game experiences, and I just prefer the former over the latter. How do you see it?

CA is the only thing keeping beloved Warhammer Fantasy alive these days, but they definitely have some glaring issues with the game still, I can only hope they fix it with time, I definitely feel the points made in this video, gotta love when 1 member of a unit is stuck in combat and prevents the other 119 members from using their ranged weapons, or running away at full speed or whatever, the minor graphical issues are a bother for sure, but that seems like an animation/modeling issue for sure

Nasty Skulkers' "Opportunist Murderer", Tehenhauins "Blade of the Serpents Tongue" and Ungrim Ironfists Slayers "Journey's End" are all bugged, have been bugged since day 1 of TWWH3, and look set to _never_ be resolved. These are three examples of probably near 20 issues that I can list. CA seemingly doesn't care because, after hundreds of bug reports, not one finger has been lifted to resolve them. This is before we even enter into discussions about; Cavalry chasing down units being unable to bring down the last entity in a unit for up to 5 minutes (sometimes longer), Wizards on chariots being unable to fire off targeted missile spells, Units set to _not_ fire at will still dumping all their ammo into units they are chasing in melee (eg Marauder Horsemen), Units not set to guard just ceasing pursuit for no reason, Units (duelling Lords in particular) just pushing against each other, one nudging forward, the other moonwalking back, no attacks happening, Entire missile cav units shooting a whole volley at an entity that died 10 or more seconds ago, Units that can supposedly fire on the move (such as the Iron Daemon) being unable to do so, Numerous Spell tooltips being wrong, Cavalry having half the unit charge past the sides of their target (no matter how thin your formation) so they can embed themselves at the rear with no hope of extracting them, Chariots just sitting there after a charge. I could go on but we don't have all day. It's actually pretty disgusting, and we haven't even started on Campaign map issues...

Yeah so many little bugs and issues really harm the experience. Personally my biggest bugbear though is (as far as I can tell) an intentional change. It is weird to me, how factually people repeat "CA doesn't care" like they are actively trying to irritate or edgily ignore their own customers. I dont dissrespect your gripes and hope they are solved but on the other side of things... it's a massive game so filled to the brim with stuff that I can't even find the time to play it all. Like you get to a point where your game is so detailed that fixing bugs is not easy. I dont see a sensical world where they are trying to ignore you, like most of the industry and especially as its part of a huge franchise, I assume they have quotas to meet and suits breathing on them to get the next thing that will bring attention, money and an audience to the game or else, were there more time in the day to search for the causes of bugs it would be done. The reality, for me at least is, if you took those 3 niche units you listed out of the game I would not rate or rank the game any less than I already do because there is sooooo much to do in the game, a ton more variety and detail than your average big game. I hope the bugs you and the other guys are irritated by are fixed but the bigger picture is, we have these games... its a LOT more than all our ancestors combined could ever have dreamed of and its very likely that all of us would be forced to make the same decisions being in their shoes.

We shouldn't worry about representation regarding good/evil factions. After all it makes the culture look even more badass and gets people to wonder what the real historical-thing was like. :)

I mean, you *say* that, but... "I flayed as many nobles as had rebelled against me [and] draped their skins over the pile [of corpses]; some I spread out within the pile, some I erected on stakes upon the pile ... I flayed many right through my land [and] draped their skins over the walls." "I felled 50 of their fighting men with the sword, burnt 200 captives from them, [and] defeated in a battle on the plain 332 troops. ... With their blood I dyed the mountain red like red wool, [and] the rest of them the ravines [and] torrents of the mountain swallowed. I carried off captives [and] possessions from them. I cut off the heads of their fighters [and] built [therewith] a tower before their city. I burnt their adolescent boys [and] girls." "In strife and conflict I besieged [and] conquered the city. I felled 3,000 of their fighting men with the sword ... I captured many troops alive: I cut off of some their arms [and] hands; I cut off of others their noses, ears, [and] extremities. I gouged out the eyes of many troops. I made one pile of the living [and] one of heads. I hung their heads on trees around the city." "Their dismembered bodies I fed to the dogs, swine, wolves, and eagles, to the birds of heaven and the fish in the deep.... What was left of the feast of the dogs and swine, of their members which blocked the streets and filled the squares, I ordered them to remove from Babylon, Kutha and Sippar, and to cast them upon heaps." Ive been a Total war fan as long as I have gained consciousness, I have over 3000 hours in Medieval 2, over 600 hours in Shogun 2, 400 hours in the original Rome 1, 200 hours in both the first and second Warhammer and almost 200 in Napoleon. Sieges to me are a big part of these games and provide a new and intense way of playing the game (if the odds are truly the same) . Ive never really liked sieges in Warhammer i find it more of an obstacle then something to look foward to fighting, though the IP is really the only thing pushing me foward when im doing them because ill be one step closer to a Steam tank or Gyrocopters. I truly do love playing Warhammer 1 and 2, but I am skipping 3. Nothing is really that interesting to me from gameplay and mechanics for some reason despite being unique. Just listening to my friends playing and discussing it just doesnt sound fun and there as you said in the video the game still has loads of bugs and glitches that effect the game despite being out for a year. The video take is just one based out of reason and love for the franchise and there is nothing wrong with being negative if the goal is to point out the wrong things about the game so the developers can improve the game. Phenomenal video really enjoyed it, def earned my support and a sub. As a wise man once said: "We will watch your career with great interest."

If I could give this comment 2 love hearts I would. Siege battles used to be incredible in the old historical games, and some of my formative memories of total war were set fighting off hordes of Mongols at Constantinople, with the last stand of my Varangian Guard in the city centre. Sure, there were issues, but I think those sieges were head and shoulders better than the sieges we have now. As you said, they feel more like an obstacle, than the glorious set-piece battle they should feel like. We can only keep giving our feedback to CA hoping they'll improve. Thanks again for your kind words.

I just want pathing to become better when giving orders. So if I draw a line for units to move through a gate, then they should be FORCED to do that, and I won't care that its gonna take them ages, just don't automaticly repath a 'faster' route when I draw the line while clicking shift. I got back into the game after a break and was so excited when these guys declared war during my first dwarf IE campaign. I was then severely dissapointed when i was sieged by a thousand hobgoblins and one chaos dwarf. Thought it was kinda wierd.
@sipofsunscorchedsarsaparil6052
On a note from the future, I have sank about 50 hours into a couple of Chaos Dwarf campaigns and I can wholeheartedly say that it is the second most well put together race right after the Tomb Kings, whose mechanics are not only unique (or at least were for some time), authentic and work seamlessly with each other, they are also a fantastic representation of how the faction is virtually digging itself out from under sand. The Chaos Dwarfs have pretty deep and layered mechanics, a roster that mostly complements itself internally, yet I feel like something sort of went missing from it. That having been said I certainly feel a bit robbed. Between getting less legendary lords for a higher price and a significantly lighter FLC companion for the paid content I cannot help but to think to myself how this might be the harbinger of something way worse. I understand that the map is already waaaaaaaay too packed with legendary characters (In no small part thanks to the insistence of people for factions with multiple lords in the same starting location to fly off someplace else) but I think the correct solution is either expanding the map, as in literally adding more provinces and space (sea lanes help a lot with travel) and the Isabella von Carstein treatment, and not overpricing a smaller package of DLC. I must say this, I think the Chaos Dwarf DLC is good. Yeah some graphics are not up to snuff, seeing them makes me weep for the Dwarfs who are not having it easy and a lot of their units are performing a wee lil' bit better than I'd want them to, but the price still gives me a pause, even retroactively, which is weird 'cause I don't think I'd do the same if it was the Tomb Kings, even if they cut out one of the four lords (as long as it's not Arkhan). So yeah, good video, I think. Try talking a bit louder next time.

Well, I barely have scratched the surface of Total War: Warhammer games with around 300+ hours in both TW:W2 and W3 and I am not the best player, but I consider the overall balance of the factions available in W3 to be really weird. Some factions have such steep learning curves that make me never play them. One example: The chaos factions, most of them die in the first 10-20 rounds (when the AI use them, when I play with them I have a hard time). They are not a menace, they are barely a nuisance. I love the Warhammer Fantasy universe, I want to enjoy this game vanilla, but some things just make me download some mods to actually make the faction I wish to play more playable.

idk if i am so affected by graphical bugs, but I do wish the starting factions of tww3 were more interesting, tww2 highlight for me was skyre and throt, loved the cool interesting mechanics that felt rewarding and semi-unique. Kislev's mechanics left me wanting, nurgle's were just outright bad, except maybe as small buff, but mostly you were required to take the self plague of increase sack income because the cycling buliding's both made your settlements undefendable and gave no income. I don't mind having a battle based economy, but they were really not geared towards that save for the one plague. the slaanesh were okay, their cults were more usefule than others, but still didn't feel as fleshed out or campaign effecting, khorne was actually kind of fun, and was really geared towards military income via ruins becoming settled, but still i wish there was more. i could go on, but the choices for faction mechanics felt less than tww2 dlc's. they felt almost kind of like the tww2 starting lords, like mors who really didn't have much special about them at all, or rictus. this is too long, and no one really cares that much, ignore me.

Good take, I have about enough hours in the second game for a doctorate, and 300 in the third The third game is more feature complete, has many of my favorite factions and looks better. But at least in the campaign, it PLAYS worse, the AI is cowardly and yet aggressively anti player, sacking minor settlements and running away from any conflict. I really hope CA wont increase the price of all their new dlc after this one, the game has been expensive enough as is. I also own all of the DLC and bought them gradually, so to me it was justifiable, but it's really hard to recommend this game to new players with DLC for a couple hundred bucks that outright lock things out of the game if you dont buy them (as the DLC stuff is still in the game just not accessible to you).

I put nearly over 14,000 hours into Warhammer II and Warhammer III is still really lacking in comparison, the new siege mechanics suck the fun from the game like an overly enthusiastic vampire. You sum it up so perfectly when you point out "there is simply no strategy". I think they should simply return to the sieges they had in Warhammer II and it's one of the great flaws in modern corporate thinking that they simply double down on any errors. The sieges on Medieval were breathtaking and so much fun, yet rather than use them as a model we were given something that feels like it belongs on a mobile phone game

I can't really bring myself to agree with the graphical issues. Clipping when you have insane designs for armour and clothes like in a fantasy game it's basically impossible to avoid some clipping in certain animations, at least not without adding pristine physics to every single detail of every entity, of which there can be thousands on screen at a time, probably 90% of the players couldn't run that and the remaining 10% could run it at 30 FPS
@BlakesTakes420
@BlakesTakes420 Год назад
Respectfully, I disagree. And I think you've also highlighted another issue with the game which has come since patch 3. The terrible optimization. I am on a very high-end PC and my campaigns on immortal empires turn into a stutter-filled mess around turn 80 each time. Battles are ok - but the campaign map is in a terrible position right now. CA have said they're releasing a patch on this next week so fingers crossed. But I do not accept that it is impossible to not release something with glaring clipping issues and then expect the consumer to pay 40% the price of the base game for it. The K'dai destroyer one is particularly egregious, as it is inescapable, you will see it whenever you use the unit, so I don't don't know how that passed quality assurance.

Your opinion is mine! CA should fix the bugs and sculpt what they have already fashioned before they release new content, but as we all know, they have to put out new content to keep funding the project and that has to take priority. What we want is not aligned to the financial reality of PC game development. The direct incentives for CA to fix what they have are lacking while their bank balance dwindles. Here's a bug not everyone knows about: Belegar Ironhammer's upkeep is 750, but his base upkeep is 300 and the Angrund penalty is +50%. What's worse, all of Angrund's lords cost 625 a turn until K8P is retaken - their base upkeep is 250.

Main issue they stated there would be a way smaller team working on warhammer 2 given warhammer 3 was in develpment. which made sense, yet they promised with the release of warhammer 3 their would be way faster content drop. which again we can see was another of the many lies of CA. The new roadmap with 2 Updates a year shows this wont change aswell. Furthermore i think things like howmutch vigor effects units, effect on hills ect SHOULD be shown ingame and should not have to look in the inner files of he game to look it up. and the new special siege bugs will make the maker of this video extra happy

Hell, at 9:15, the dwarf warrior from game one launch clips his shield into his legs.
@BlakesTakes420
@BlakesTakes420 Год назад
Hi there - thanks for commenting. I'm not sure I understand your point. Literally seconds after critiquing the clipping issues I acknowledge that these are minor graphical issues: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gaWmbmHjaXE.html As mentioned also in the video I did state that these were speculative - because at the time the chorfs had not released and I was not privy to access as a lot of content creators were / whilst there was still a review embargo. So in short I could only go on what I could see - and what I saw was clipping issues. most of the clipping issues can be forgiven, but every time I see the K'dai destroyer all I can see is that glaring clipping issue on its back, because it's in such a visible place. As of today the clipping issue is still there and still annoys me enough that I don't recruit K'dai destroyers. As of today (16/05/2023) the clipping issue is still there.

to me it' the fun creep, campaings get more and more fun while old races stay boring and uninteressting in comparison... i waited to get a cheap steam key, and the one thing i was scared of actually happened. turns out the chaos dwarves go so many mechanics and faction traits that they are simply way more fun than almost any other race. playing boring lizzardmen or unifying the empire despite the ugly and slow elector count mechanic seems like a waste of time if you instead can just play another chaos dwarve campaing with lots of mechanics and stuff to look out for. normaly my campaings go to turn 30-50 and then become stale because my cities are all tier 5 and my armies steamroll, but with the unit cap and 3 different currencies of the chorfs you actually still got stuff to do past turn 100 except for auto resolving with OP full doom stacks.

So. . . While writing I guess I got a bit carried away. I put my comment into 3 (4 if you want to be funny and count those two sentences too) major sections. The first one being a callback to the launch of the game, followed by the somewhat underwhelming release of IE and lastly the mid but at least not terrible release of the Chaos Dwarfs with the huge exploit I found myself on day one in detail (no, I don't mean the free cast one everyone knows by now). Well. . . When Warhammer 3 released I was utterly disappointed. The campaign was alright for the first few times, until I got used to the new factions and it became an absolute snooze fest. The sieges and EVERY minor settlement without walls being a minor settlement battle with the auto-resolve LOATHING the player. It was a horrific moment. I thought "Right. . . Okay. . . Once they release the Mortal Empires version of the game it will all be good in the sandbox mode, right?" So immortal empires came, I was hyped. I was in glee playing Clan Skryre again but. . . Something felt off. Turns out the gunpowder units and every missile infantery unit (aside from any slinger unit) of the Skaven was borderline unusable. Dropped the attack order, engaged in melee, just let the foe approach and smack them in the head. . . Gunpowder units being incapable of shooting flyers without shooting the lines in front of them. . . Well, it was an absolute hell! Now with the dwarfs, they FINALLY fixed gunpowder units and I have not once had issues with my weapons teams. It only took them well over a few. . . Moments to fix major issues to the core gameplay. And the free bug fixes came out along side the most costly DLC yet. I feel like the game itself right now is in a. . . Passable state, albeit a somewhat disappointing one. The AI is whacky and auto resolve is a joke. The new dwarfs have glaring issues and exploits, such as raiding sentinel factions like Clan Carrion with multiple gobbo armies which cost you ~600 Gold per turn considering the raid and bring you an income of 1500 each since you can sell 200 slaves for that much. They get you 260. Clan Carrion is programmed to literally never ever declare war on you and lets you raid it all you want. Just like the Dawi-Zharr in Zharr-Naggrund (wouldn't go there since you'll eventually confederate them). The next advantage of having countless armies raiding for free slaves as if they were the Amazon Recruitment Center is that your strength rank stays extremely high up and you never run low on slaves during your campaign. Negative income of 20k gold? Sell some slaves in different provinces. Want to rush the confederation? Sacrifice slaves to hashut for 10 influence each and you get all the seats in no time. Want factions to stay passive for longer and delay wars? Spam more Amazon Recruiters at Clan Garrison's door and keep your Rank so high up that the AI barely dares to approach you. The only ones willing to declare war on you are Tretch, Imrik, Grimgor and Ghorst. Since your capitol has a tier 2 garrison, you can easily assault most convoys passing it, if they are in the zone of the settlement (usually they are, sometimes they aren't), giving your future Jeff Bezos a little head's up in exp before he joins his Overseer buddies in the raiding shenanigans. Well, with the raiding strategie you can easily justify rushing tons of outposts and fully upgrading your settlements with the rush mechanic without running dry on workers, while allowing you to gather raw materials that you can use to build factories and snowball effortlessly, as long as you let enough armies raid. Seriously, I do believe that this is the most busted mechanic and most easiest to exploit one in Warhammer 3. No savescumming necessary and unlike the Darkelves, you spawn quite literally next to your raid target (just do make sure to actually inspect the ruin and discover it to get your ~300 gold while raiding to make the upkeep easier). The only "downside" is that too many slaves can cause public order problems - is what I would say if you couldn't commit tax fraud by sending them to other provinces and sell them there for much more than you spend! TL;DR Chorfs pretty alright albeit completely busted, cheesable IE campaign and overpriced, bug fix update saves the game from total disaster. If you got that far, thanks for reading and your time! Enjoy the cheese until it CA may taketh away the fun.

I also find it indefensible how they created a lose-lose dilemma for the fans: if you signal your discontent by not buying DLCs then you're increasing the odds of the game getting abruptly and unceremoniously canceled; if you do buy it then CA thinks everything is fine, since to them public image means nothing, their bottom line is making the game just barely good enough for you to buy but never invest enough in it to make it great.

On that point of aesthetics, there’s always been something really, really off to me about Warhammer Total War’s aesthetics with the settlements. I’ve never felt it with other Warhammer games like Vermintide. It’s a strange mix of over the top and really subdued that doesn’t mesh. Every fortress, town or city is stupidly huge and ridiculous expensive, whose crude layout and construction makes them something of an eyesore. What made Minas Tirith, Barad Dur or Minas Morgul so impressive and threatening is that they were out of the ordinary. We see more humble settlements and natural environment like Bree, The Shire, Edoras and Rivendell, and the desiccated ruins of Osgiliath. But if every we see is Minas Tirith then the effect is eliminated. Now, the Dwarfs, Elves (probably High Elves more), Lizardmen and Skaven should have larger settlements, because they’ve simply been there for far, far, far longer, or in the case of Skaven there’s simply so friggin many of them that any settlement they build is gonna be huge. But humans? These fortresses should be the exception to the rule. Now, probably the reason they do this is because the incomprehensible eldritch technology to making large cities as seen in Med 2 or Three Kingdoms would cause WTW to explode in a Hiroshima scale atomic detonation of Lovecraftian warp power. So we can forgive them for their lazi-I MEAN oversight… or get a mod… And then you have the *army sizes.* Imagine if Sauron, instead of bringing everything and the kitchen sink to even hope to scale the walls of Minas Tirith,brought around 3000 to *possibly* 4000 Orcs and Evil Men, and assaulted Minas Tirith, also every settlement was Minas Tirith. I have other aesthetic problems with Warhammer Total War, like how cannons and guns felt leagues more powerful in Med 2, but that’s one of the biggest ones.

the fact is, you simply cant sell people Dlc for a game which has a fundament that is rotting without fixing the fundament first, all the bugs, glitches, ai issues, all work should be used to fix it all before you dare to create even more content which is inevitably going to introduce even more issues, the list of issues must be thousands of points long by this point and you cant just ignore that and keep focusing on dlc, you need to fix your base and soon or you will have more work on your hand than you will ever be able to fix.

As much as the word 'eloquent' is being used in abundance here, I will have to give my honest take and say that you just speak rather slowly while also dragging out the lines (my take, don't stake me here). I can get behind you on a few points, but a lot of the issues I hear brought up are not experienced in 99% of my playing time - not all of them, but a lot. I have a lot of fun with sieges. CA is not perfect and not necessary great either. But you have a company that actually tells us "We will not fix, X, Y, and Z". You make a fair video, you points that mostly reach home - but price is subjective. If it's too pricey for you, you should not get it until it is feasible or sensible for you. The patch you get for free. The truth about what they are working on and not is out there. I feel no hostility towards you or your channel, because most 'negative feelings about a video'-comments equal to rage and hate in the eyes of fans of channels around here, but this is honestly my sincere, sober and respectful view of your video. I am not your editor nor am I the sole voice to whom you must listen, but I honestly believe a little more wit and a bit more impact on the account of sound and use of what is a good score or sound effects from the game would go a long way. I'll be looking out for your content and I am interested in seeing what you dish out.

Hello and thank you for your comment. Regarding my speech, I do have quite a drawl when speaking into the mic, but I don't think that will change. It's harder than I first thought, reading from a script you wrote into a microphone in complete silence. Nothing but your own insecurities to guide you. As I get better at that though you can always turn the speed of the video up using the settings in the bottom right hand corner of the RU-vid player. I'm glad that you haven't experienced the issues I speak of and that you enjoy the sieges. I personally haven't had a defensive siege battle in campaign yet unless it was a total walkover for the AI (level 1 settlement garrison vs full stack situation.) But I've hated the offensive siege battles, for the reasons outlined in the video. But what I want or you want ultimately doesn't matter, the collective will of the community is the only thing with any power in the relationship. I disagree with you on the point regarding hate in the eyes of fans. I want warhammer 3 to be the best it can be, developers will only have the ability to improve by getting feedback, that's why they often seek it out. Your comment was thought-provoking and I enjoyed reading it. Your etiquette was great and your points detailed and thorough. Thanks again for commenting.

What's the problem with Community and what's the problem with CA you should ask. CA is greedy mindless drone and doesn't give a shit. And we the community - are tired of it. So I gave my nice negative review of that DLC in half positive words and half negative, especially towards sales and decision making parts of CA. They are rubbish. There is no other words to say this. This game has such potential that will be squandered without a doubt. I only bought the game with big % sale. Same with Chaos Dwarfs. Sound and animations were great, but again - main problems with the game are still not resolved. Siege battles especially. CA prefers to work on HYENAS instead.

Really not a take on the chaos dwarfs at all just a summary about the state of the game and how it seems unfair to push hard on a grand dlc, at such a cost, while the game still has issues. I dont know... I dont dissagree but I certainly dont see the same perspective, on launch the game and the only campaign was comple trash and since then while there are issues so many have been fixed... so many, we got immortal empires and later immportal empires for ppl who buy the one game. Fixing a myriad of issues with a massive game like this is daunting and people are spoiled rotten these days with choice so they probably understand that promising new and shiny things and soon is a better overall way to retain an audience with a legendarily short attention span on average. Its not ideal but I certainly condemn them a lot less than you and I also seldom find time to zoom in so close as to notice or be bothered by some of the minor visual stuff you mentioned.
@BlakesTakes420
@BlakesTakes420 Год назад

@@BlakesTakes420 the "on chaos dwarves" part is... um, the relevant part my dude. It is definitely a take but a take on the state of the game not the faction in the title of the vid. @BlakesTakes420 Год назад
@@Bassario Yes and I address this in the video saying that all of these issues with the game are souring people's perception of the, then, upcoming DLC. There are other problems like the price, introduced bugs and graphical issues. But the history of warhammer 3s performance as a game must be taken into account to accurately reflect on why people are annoyed. Anyway we'll probably have to agree to disagree on this point.

Thanks for commenting. I disagree, I don't think the sieges have been this broken since empire. Medieval 2 and Rome 1 had some excellent sieges. Not perfect by any stretch, but at least functional and fun. Sieges in their current state don't even make a minimum viable product in my opinion.
