The Problem With People Who Are Not Coachable 

My sanity is being sacrificed. And no matter what I am always the bad person. And right now I am so over it, and people need to own up to their faults.

It's called dedication by loving what you do ❤ you have to have a great work ethic in wanting to go the extra mile to fulfill your dreams and reaching your goal to feel purpose!!☺️ To me it speaks to who you are as a person willing to serve!! I loved my job and worked my butt off to earn the respect and benefits I received from higher management. I frequently told people I’m only as successful as the amount of work, respect I give and expect in return. I always felt that I didn’t fit into my family. I frequently had to make myself small to fit and keep the peace. I was constantly giving wether it was advice, money, gifts, etc… when this wasn’t happening I would constantly over hear she thinks she’s… blah blah… very hurtful. Now that I can’t give and serve the way I use to everyone seems to have disappeared or they’re too busy. REAL TALK 💥

You are giving me confirmation to move on from my current job. I have sacrificed. Done extraordinary things. But it never seemed to be appreciated. Nothing I can do about that. I know that I did my job and did it with the utmost integrity. But I will say, God has always put educated mature christian black women in my path to encourage me and to offer support. And I am thankful for that. My supervisor, told me, you have the opportunity to get a degree from Johns Hopkins University. She said times flies, so don't look up in 10 yrs without that degree. She only had to say it once. I have a degree from Johns Hopkins University. And was recognized by 2 honor societies. Ricky you are so right!

When I first start doing theater [ and I am still struggling ] most of my actors are giving me TIME. Because I couldn't pay them, BUT WHEN I GOT A Dollar, I split it among them. I didn't make anything. BUT ONE DAY, I AM GOING TO MAKE IT BIGGGGGG and my books are going to SELL GREATLY... SOOOO PREACH

I have that feeling with family… Always sacrificed for any & everyone…

Jakes that said, as long as you have a willingness and heart to serve, you will always have a job. I appreciate you sir b/c this was very needed and very thought-provoking. I am from the old school and I believe in the words "please" and "thank you" b/c people don't have to be nice to you. We have become a world that is so self-centered and acts of kindness are almost completely obsolete. We need to get back to how it used to be with caring about our fellow man. I'm on time nooo I'm a hour early every day at work..I'm there before my employees I prepare cover for my workers get the office cleaned down wipe down because I like a clean fresh office.
