There is difference between the word *DHARM*and RELIGION. Religion = ONE GOD ONE SCRIPTURE AND COMMANDMENTS. No one can go BEYOND that,I ;e ULTIMATE TRUTH.
Idiots exist in every religion who always do bad things and thus makes people look upon them with a bad view. That doesn't mean the religion is inherently bad.

I am happy and proud to be born in a dynamic and ever evolving faith called Hinduism which has no founding book or ultimate authority. Hinduism believes in Desh(country), Kaal(time) patra (individual) which means that morality is subjective to country, the current times we live in and upon the individual

The ones who forcefully convert someone to their religion is probably an egoistic idiot, and that doesn't mean their religion or your religion is itself bad.
Thank you so much for your work on this. I've been struggling to find great sources to learn from, and your channel has been a gem. I know sometimes it can be easy to get caught up in view counts as a metric for impact, but just know that you have undoubtedly changed my life with your work.
The problem is also that many conservative views of Abrahamic religions are based in translations that are highly debatable too. But I really love how you differentiate between morality and revelation.
There are many types of yoga (paths) to achieve god in hinduism like 1 Bhakti(Devotion based ) yoga , 2 Gyan (Knowledge based) yoga , 3 Hath ( Body based) yoga , 4 Raj (Inner control mind control based ) yoga , 5 Kriya ( Performing certain action to achieve god ) , 6 karma yoga ( Doing action with out pleasure desire of result and attachment ) And more , that is why hinduism is like religious democracy This paths are related to each other and not absolute or isolate , The main goal of all this paths are to abandon material pleasure and achieve god by devotion and realise eaternal truth that is much more important , i agree with your saying that hinduism is evolving by its nature but keep intact core value of realising god....
There is no "Bhakti" yoga. We have just shradda (based on truth). In Bhagavad Gita, the word Shradda was replaced with Bhakti (blind devotion) by colonialists to promote blind bhakti movements which can mimic Abrahamic religions. Madhavacharya and Ramanuja were created out of thin air by colonialists to create duality between atman and brahman by distortion of original ADVAITHA AND DVAITHA. Point is advaitha (non dual shiva) and dvaitha (dual shakhti) are incomplete without each other. This is Sankhya Vedic metaphysics which can be validated by logic, double slit quantum experiment and embodied experience.
@@Dharmicaction oh brother do research see chapter 12 heading of bhagwad geeta it is bhakti yog , we already have bhakti we didnt get it from colonisation but we call it unconditional (nishwarth ) selfishless bhakti and not blind bhakti , sanyasi , sadhu baba leaving material pleasure doing is same
@@Dharmicaction i already know this god is both advait and dvait which guru ram krishna param hansh already proved it , he got ma kali in dvait form and brahm gyan from totapuri and got god in advait form , guru mentioned that both are same and lead to one , in hinduism we have freedom to choose any of this
Thanks for another fantastic video. I love these videos, as the bring a unique light on the true Hindu perspective, which the mainstream media quite conveniently ignores. It is thanks to you, that I realized the truth about the Sanatan Dharma and came to appreciate its teachings. Once again, thank you for bringing me back on this path! I hope, and would love to see, you reach great success. All the best
Bro i found ur channel while i was searching some stuff about sanatan dharma and here i am you are doing a great work i will always support you if this is what you do
May I just say There are no proper Hindu texts that discriminate against race, sexuality, gender or caste The ones which do say so are man made and can be traced back to specific person There is no denying some part of religion is man made But Hinduism is the only religion which allows followers to believe whatever as long as they are peaceful So being sexist, homophobic or racist HURTS SOMEONE AND THIS CANT BE EQUATED WITH HINDUISM
Its great that you mentioned this, because Manu Smriti is a clearly edited which also has a verse which contradicts the other, the original version is lost and some maniacal Brahmans used this to suit their own need, it's good that no one follows it now
There are many extra orthodox hindus who want to follow every scripture no matter how morally wrong it's implementation is. A fluid can fit into all types of vessels without losing its properties but a rock cannot. Choice is yours. Stick to bad aspects and lose the entire religion slowly or progess and reform to establish relevance of religion in these times too. Times have changed and you can't bind people to religion by simply asking them to follow rules without questions. This kind of attitude of society led to the persistence of malice like untouchability, unjust behaviour with widows etc in the society for so long. Then there are aspects that are unscientific we should not cling on to them. Evolution is rule of nature. Everything is evolving from the universe to society to microbes. However reforms doesn't mean changing or letting go crucial aspects of this religion like revelations, many traditions etc.
Bg 5:18 Shree Krishna reveals in this verse how divine knowledge bestows a vision so different from physical sight. Endowed with knowledge, devotees see all living beings as souls who are fragments of God, and are therefore divine in nature. The examples given by Shree Krishna are of diametrically contrasting species and life forms. A Vedic Brahmin who conducts worship ceremonies is respected, while a dog-eater is usually looked down upon as an outcaste; a cow is milked for human consumption, but not a dog; an elephant is used for ceremonial parades, while neither the cow or the dog are. From the physical perspective, these species are sharp contrasts in the spectrum of life on our planet. However, a truly learned person endowed with spiritual knowledge sees them all as eternal souls, and hence views them with an equal eye
Well, we can't deal with a terrorist and sadhu in the same way, can we?. This contextual ethics is called Dharma. Krishna asked Arjuna to kill his adharmic relatives and when Arjuna was worried about consequences, Krishna said (in chapter 18 verse 17) if the intention is to re-establish dharma without getting caught in opposites like pleasure/pain, pride/shame, sympathy/hostility (aka ego-less state) then one does NOT create karma or cause and effect. Point is yoga pathway chosen depends on the context. When the motive is to get only Moksha faster, then sanyasa + dhyana yoga can be followed. While leading a worldly life and to escape from mind chatter and detachment form past actions one can follow Jnana yoga. To deal with adharma in the society Karma yoga can be followed. Dharma, Karma, reincarnation and Moksha (based on the well validated Vedic metaphysics Sankhya) should be looked together. So, Jnana yoga (going beyond all identities) is not the only pathway to get enlightenment. Sarva dharma and sama bhava. All yoga pathway lead to the same destination. If one fails to do their svadharma by pointing that everything is 'athma" - then it is nothing but escapism (unfortunately practiced by some hindus selectively)
@@Dharmicaction but these contextual should be used to discriminate in terms of gender and birth. If a person is born into some caste due to his karmas then let nature decide his fate not us.
A ship needs an a rock where it needs to anchor itself, if it anchors in an ever changing sand it will never withstand the stormy and ever moving sea. I have seen many people just drift, they usually end up ship wrecked.
This video specifically deals with reform. Have a look at ‘Where do Hindus get their morals from?’ on this channel. Discerning societal ideals is linked to our level of consciousness. Sanathana Dharma is ultimately a call for society to derive its values from its spiritual truths and practice.
The ship can hit the rock and get wrecked. If you are permanently tied to the rock, you can never leave the harbor for an adventure. You stay stuck and rust.

I would like to get in touch with you.you seem to be an enlightened soul your conception about spirituality is crystal clear. My guru says real spiritual knowledge comes only after kundalini Shakti which lies at muladhaar is awakened and not before that.
@@shantinaturechild6385 Buddhi is the cutting instrument. Brain is just like a movie projector. It cannot create thoughts or memories. Yes, you are correct. Sankhya Vedic metaphysics (around which the whole hindu tradition was built) can be validated not just by embodied experience but also by logic and double slit quantum experiment.
Being a woman exploring spirituality kind of sucks. You have to go 4,000 years back to the first writings to find a time before woman was degraded and enslaved. This is now the best women have ever had it and we are progressing further with the help of the beautiful, kind, honest men seeking truth instead of power. Women will free men too, and we will be able to embrace and balance the masculine and feminine within each other and proceed towards enlightenment. Hating the opposite sex means you hate an important part of yourself too 💖
The 4 class of people is based on work not on birth. Today's age is the age of devotion. Keep chanting the maha mantra"HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE ;HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA HARE HARE "
So why are the Hare Krishnas advocating Brahmina initiation for everybody regardless of their occupation or position in society? Instead of giving the Gopal mantra which is the standard Vaishnava mantra, they are giving Gayatri as a second initiation. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu repeatedly rejected the Varnashrama system as a means of achieving the highest goals in life. ISKCON is a conservative social reform movement aimed at establishing a Brahmina-led society. In Sri Caitanya lila, Ramananda Raya, Haridasa Thakur, Raghunath dasa and others were recognized as Mahatmas and leaders despite their lower birth caste. But Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu never tried to revise the system officially - HE JUST DISCARDED IT in favour of a higher platform of devotion. In the name of social reform, ISKCON has got themselves entangled in an outdated system that has traditionally perpetuated all kinds of abuses. The speaker of this video is correct. We should focus on higher goals and move on.
@@stillborn826 bhramanas were the people who were in the mode of goodness.(In today's age the case is not same.)When they say "be like a bhraman" they actually mean is to be in the mode of goodness first. This is for all people irrespective of their respective class(bhramin, kstriya, vasiya and sudra).
@@Just_so_simple With respect, it is not necessary to institutionalize the mode of goodness by giving Gayatri Mantra and sacred thread. This only causes confusion. ISKCON has already alienated foreigners from joining by failing to distinguish between social and cultural issues like Varnashrama Dharma, and what is essential to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.s teaching. Now ISKCON has practically become a form of Indian cultural nationalism with only a handful of foreign devotees (90% Indian and 10% foreign membership worldwide) This is not what Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu or even Srila Prabhupada intended. But like Prahalada Maharaja says, the effort to solve a problem often just creates a bigger problem. In this case the problem is that the imposition of an artificial caste system to reflect the mode of goodness is a huge distraction to the real business of Vaishnavism i.e. chanting the Holy Name.
islam and christianity are history centric religions and sanatan dharma's is dynamic... history centric religions are based on events which happened once a upon time and cannot be repeated...they are very weak in nature.. dynamism of sanatan dharma survives with time while history centrism dies with time.(reason why history centered religions are predatory in nature)... love this channel
When people started to use religion and its moral compass to control people's own free will and leading them to a life of fear of Divine punishment, that's when it all started to go astray. Love of God was changed by Fear of God. Fear will never lead to a truly fulfilling spiritual life, because one can not love where there is fear.
Thats the problem w Abrahamic religion they say to fear God but also love God. No1 can love someone and fear them at the same time it'll get in the way of the relationship between God and human. God wouldn't even want to be feared anyways He loves us
You have very rightly said that Hindu dharma is always evolving with the changing times.for example we have done away with Sati dah pratha and also person of lower caste were not allowed in Temple and now all Hindus can go into any temple for diety Darshan. The very fabric of Dharma is to distinguish between the ever changing world which is Maya and cling on to the truth itself which is eternal .Here is where meditation and inner contemplation comes. What that is happening in this World is because of desire for satisfaction of ones senses .one should rise above these mundane things and concentrate on God alone. That has not changed my friend. One should realize that we are all stuck in this world of illusion and running after things which we will leave behind no matter how dear they are to us .try for liberation from this life and death cycle. That should be the ultimate goal of all human beings.
Yes, I FULLY AGREE with U R views. Sanatan Dharm is the ONLY *DHARMA*(NOT RELIGION) on the EARTH, is flowing WATER (always FRESH) which clearly states EVERY HUMAN BEING 'S goal is to*BECOME GOD*..
No... Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, many Hindu traditions etc will still survive very well. I am a free thinker. There is no idol worship or guru in my family. But we are very much Hindu in our demeaner, our idioms, our greetings, our festivals, our marriage, rice ceremony, death ceremony, in little kids organising Saraswati Puja and adults organising Durga Puja. Nobody worships Idols, they worship a concept, and when that's done the idols are immersed in water.

Nature isn't all that peaceful and loving. Just look around, diseases, venomous snakes, nasty insects, etc. In nature, the unfit dies and only the fit will survive.
Hello. I am a Sanatana Dharmi from India. I recently came across a video of ISCKON Exposed which says how the Bhagwath Gita is different from Srila Version of the Gita. Please make a video on it .
In the Western view, religion can be reformed, formed or restructured, but Dharma cannot. Because Dharma is a natural, eternal, human truth. Basically society can be reformed. There are many examples of this in the Indian subcontinent. Dharma approves of anything that is good for people and the environment. In many cases, if a lot of options come to the fore, in this case, the one that can be huge good, less bad, is the one to accept. Greetings from Bangladesh.
Dharma is also contextual ethics. Method (sam, dhan, bhed and dand) to re-establish dharma depends on the context. eg We can't kill a petty thief who stole milk for his kid. We have to give him money instead and advice him not to steal in the future.
