The slides, jumps, and that skateboard just kills me!! Man, I had no idea a monkey would be so cool, I figured they could possibly be mean, but Keke is just as sweet as she can be, especially with the pups!
That’s why I need to make a video on why they don’t make good pets 😅 They get aggressive when caged ! They are the most rehomed exotic animal. They are extremely hard to care for and keep happy. That’s why I try to steer a People away from owning one. It’s so time consuming to have a happy healthy monkey live in the home. Social life out the window. You can’t have a normal job working from home is basically the only option. Don’t get me wrong she is incredible in so many ways. But, Life seriously revolves around Keke
@@Kekethespidermonkey Thank you for giving me such a detailed answer. I figured they'd be tough to handle considering their physicality and overall intelligence, not to mention having 4 hands and a tail that operates like a 5th hand, haha! I could imagine how difficult they must be, and as sweet and interesting as she is to watch in your videos here, I fully understand we're only getting a glimpse into reality! So many people in the world, especially here on RU-vid, have a false idea of what a wild animal is! They see cute, furry, with human-like eyes, and equate wild animals with humans, which is way off! I had a person tell me one day that a nest of rabbit kits I found in my yard would just get along with our cats and all of the neighborhood dogs and Coyotes, haha! And to think these sorts of people vote, haha! Thanks again for your reply, and thank you for sharing a bit of your life with all of us!
@@Kekethespidermonkey I’ve been following Keke for over a year and recently I’ve started to get messages on FB and Instagram from Monkey breeders stating worldwide delivery. I have made them very clear what I think of their disgusting actions. I wish they could be banned. Keke is extremely lucky to have such good rescuers and care givers. You really have given her an enriched life compared to what she and other monkeys have.
@Kekethespidermonkey You are amazing for the beautiful, loving home (and all the "monkey equipment"!) you give to Keke. She definitely takes up 99% of your time. You are phenomenal!
Your life has been so blessed with furry angels!! I live inba assisted living facility and I don't get out much but getting to watch your beautiful family brings me joy every day! Thank you so much❤😊
That’s skateboard gets me every time! That is so cool!! As active as that house is, and I can only imagine the hair and everything, it looks fairly clean. I love the dogs, they are so sweet!
For the sake of pure comedy you should teach her how to use a toy that whistles. My two year old discovered it and it’s been nonstop whistling for months. 😂
hello mom, keke and the whole little family. We want more videos of Keke and his brothers, we love it!! I work a lot, your videos rest me and allow me to relax a little after my job. I love seeing Keke walking with one arm in the air, she's so funny, and the little grunt she makes when she plays with these brothers is so funny, I love it!!! Sorry I'm curious, where does Keke sleep? I see that Keke is free outside, aren't you afraid that she will run away? (sorry for my not great english)
I think I have figured out the spider monkey. All the moves are about efficiency and conservation of energy. If it's easier to take the skateboard across the floor than walk that's what happens....a swing from a bar to a rope mimics mimics being in the trees. Throughout a day , wild spider monkeys must move from limb to limb constantly....so they have developed the most efficient methods to not wear themselves out hunting for food and avoiding Harpy Eagles.....
Is the monkey aware of the toilet? Can she be potty trained like a human? Or will she always need a diaper? When she drops off the package is like cleaning a human baby? Baby wipes and all that. I’m genuinely curious.
Isn't Keke potty trained??,...Is Keke gonna be any bigger than that!!??....She seems quite strong!!....She looks like Tarzan!!!.....aiiiiiaaaaayyyaaa!!
I don’t think she is bored. She was rescued from somewhere that no way could have provided the enrichment Keke has now. The owners are 100% committed and have altered their house completely, their garden too. Keke also gets to go to a holiday home on a regular basis with her family
I've looked through your videos, as I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but can't find the one of WHY you have a primate as a pet? Obviously this spider is very loved, well cared for, tame and hand reared, but what about her future, breeding, mixing with her own species. She's very cute, but these videos are very disturbing to watch. You do realise you could be promoting these beautiful animals as pet ideas for other, less intellectual people don't you? 😢
She is not fixed I would love for her to have one of her own in the future. Thankfully she has not shown any depressive behaviors thus far. I have spoke with many sanctuaries to get their opinions as well! She has a very close bond with the dogs. But, I do think in the future. It’s best for her to be able to have another of her kind. As far as persuading others I do plan to make a video to educate why they do not make good “pets”. I have it on every other platform. Just have not made one for here yet. It’s difficult to narrow down the reasons.
