Over 20,000 die every year from accidents at work in Pakistan. That’s the population of Southampton every 10 years! The figure of industrial diseases must be phenomenal.
yes, agree. but no safety shoes or mouth or face mask. pathetic and stupid. Your own life - or your health... is probably worth nothing there. typical for countries with poor school systems - and -or questionable government - dictatorship - corruption - etc. . This is regularly the case in the greater Asian region

@@derkameramann watch other videos. Axels breaking, springs breaking, wheels breaking, falling off, brakes not working, frames breaking in 2, how many times have you seen their great workmanship, causing a serious break down, or crash? Using old rusty, reused parts refurbished with old rusty materials. That fail soon.
Good job. Very good video, Best job. .very attractive., don't you see the dust? We know that buying new parts is very complicated, Thank. I really like this project. great video! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ 🚵 🚀👏👏👏👏💯💯👍 👍
This build seems like they’re paying much higher attention to detail. Using post jacks before welding is the first sign. And then the purple paint/ red paint, and perhaps the most telling is the engine block seems to be clean! Amazing!
They weld the fuel tanks on after painting the chassis. They drag the spring pivots in the dirt after greasing them. They constantly work on the ground. They have no idea about torquing bolts. There's nothing to applaud here as all they are doing is building an accident vehicle.
Solo talento humano.FELICITACIONES.
What bothers me the most is that in all such repairs of lorries that have been involved in accidents, the dirty parts are refitted. In my opinion, it would be easier if all the old parts were cleaned, overhauled and repainted before reassembly. Not simply spreading paint over all the dirt. This would add much more value to the work. Two completely different worlds collide here. The work could also be made much easier for people if they were provided with decent tools. Here too, profit is valued more highly than the safety of the workers.
No workshop No floor No lights No fans or climate control No hard hats No gloves No safety shields No safety glasses No safety shoes (or shoes) No respirators No air tools No paint booth No battery tools No OSHA No child labor laws No worries No complaints No problems Its amazing what can be done with limited resources. I'll bet there are places in the world that have all the modern facilities and equipment, highly paid workers with benefits, all the protection from government laws and cannot do what these guys do. Bravo.
@@SPUDHOME soooo are you saying western vehicles never break down??? I had a friend who bought a brand new american vehicle and less than a year later the axle cracked. I say these guys are doing excellent work. Period.
@@SPUDHOME I worked in a truck shop. ALL those parts break everyday in the western world too! You don't know what you're talking about. Broken frames and springs are VERY common!
MUITO BOM VIDEO, E O MAIS IMPORTANTE OS JOVENZINHOS, COM ESPIRITO FORTE, E COMPETENCIA,ENCARANDO OS ADULTOS DE FRENTE A FRENTE, DEMONSTRANDO DESENVOLTURA,CAPACIDADE DE EM UM FUTURO PROXIMO , ESTAR DOMINANDO A PROFISSÃO. PARABENS A TODOS.
The problem with this chassis is being made of A36 steel very weak and soft It's only 60000 pounds tensile strength A truck in the United States uses anywhere from 98000 to 120000 tensile strength twice as strong as what they are using I know what they are using because I have worked on the steel industry for 40yrs just by seeing how easy they can drill the material with a hand drill tells me how soft the material is in high strength steel you need a magnetic drill and a machine quality drill bit a hand drill and a normal drill bit will burn the drill bit with just one hole that chassi will bend and crack the first time it's overloaded a little bit a lot of work for an inferior chassis
( Homem Santo....o sangue do cordeiro..o mãos no arado ..)
They did everything to build these trucks with civilian tools rather than industrial tools....It is as difficult as going into the deep forest to build a wooden house from a set of cutlery
That is amazing talent. Not everyone in the World can do this, from scrap. Only very few, very talented, people can do this, with very little tools or external help. No country in the World can do it, as good as people in Pakistan. If the World runs into some global disaster much worst then Covid again, and every industry shuts down for a few years, then only people who can do things with minimum tools, will survive, if they survive the Mega Disaster first ofcourse.
I kind of agree with you BUT I have a friend who bought all the truck parts he needed. Engine from one place....bed from another....cab from another and over about 2 years he put it all together and got it running perfectly. He rebuilt a volkswagon beetle that had been gutted by fire. He was working in his back yard behind his house. No big shop or special tools.

A very thick coat of paint. Hides everything they don’t want you, as a buyer, to see. You like the color, wait till you see with bells, elephants, fringes, and all.
I love the use of boy’s as helpers performing light tasks like picking up tools, putting in bolts and moving parts into place to be used. I assume they are apprentices learning to be tradespeople. As long as these kids get the basic math reading and writing education I’m all for this kind of trades training.
Not really as they simply assembled a truck out of a bunch of used truck parts from multiple dead trucks... Not complicated, nowhere near as costly as assembling a brand new truck using all brand new, unused components.. They put heavy coats of paint to obscure the rust, dings, scratches, used markings, and then throw some clashing color schemes to distract one from the fact it is still a well used, highly worn, clapped out truck, but it looks good !!
This is one of the few Indian manufacturing jobs that I think is of good quality work all except for the poor folks looking straight into the arc-light of the welder. Oh my goodness I wish there was more care taken to supply PPE to the poor workers who either have no knowledge of its importance or no choice whether or not to use it. Even in a third-world nation it should be illegal to ruin the health of your workers for profit.
Maybe you weren't paying attention....some were using face shields while welding....others were not. Obviously the owner leaves it up to the worker to decide if he want's to use it.
@@laserbeam002 Well, it seems like you want to be combative over the issue. I certainly paid attention, I saw that there were some using eye protection and others were not. There is still no excuse for allowing some of them to go without PPE. You are guessing that they allowed some to make their own decision whether or not to go blind. I wonder if you have ever welded anything in your life, I absolutely doubt it. If you had you would find your statement completely absurd. Even accidently looking into the arc for a second hurts. I will not respond to you on this issue again because you are just another Karen who thinks you have it all figured out, even in your profound ignorance!
