This is what Queenstown needs more of this for single and working couples , the accommodation down there is diabolical...lots of work but nowhere to live ...You could be successful if you took your company to Queenstown at the same time alleviate the housing crisis which has been that way for decades because developers keep building posh expensive homes but miss the mark on this type of housing development ....lakes district council are also to blame because they didn't forecast the towns rapid growth and didn't put it into there planning infrastructure ...i lived there for a few years and it was always a nightmare trying to find affordable accommodation ! .....anyway. Perfect for 15 minute cities - not so good for out of town mates, those with vehicles or families. Still a great starter home to build equity the cheapest way possible - without going the renovation DIY route.

They should have put a control joint or construction joint in the concrete floorslab to reduce damage from earthquakes if one was to happen. So under every party fire wall .
