Considering their main drive in life is accumulating knowledge, and they’ve now been given lives that revolve around that, I’d say it’s a pretty good fate for them

Not exactly, at least for me Sure, they're not as mentally complex as their counterparts but they got far more technologically advanced head start thanks to the mantelopes/processors advanced memory recording led to the Spacers restoring, reinventing and inventing new technologies ( Either Star Peoples or the Qu ) in much faster rate, faster than the ruin haunters or Gravitals ever did obtain lost technology ( mostly they just blindly replicated it, making their ascendancy to the Gravitals very unstable) I don't think it is necessary to evolve their "ultimate forms", they got the living human supercomputer that perform a better job

@@ethanwinters3281 by becoming reliant on the Processors, the Astromorphs actually hindered the evolution of their brains and never evolved to their god-like Qu-esque forms.

@@LojuncosaurusAlto one point that seems to be misunderstood, the astromorphs were never changed by the Qu, they were Star People and began their evolutionary process in zero gravity with evolved Sentient Brains . so their technologies were already super advanced. So even when the ruin haunters were animals they were star people, and they were super evolved, and they barely beat the gravitals. And it would take one processor to be captured by the gravitals for them to learn most of the astromorphs secrets. And from a strategic stand point- that would make the astromorphs more vulnerable as an attack on the Processor’s main populations would cripple the astromorphs significantly But in a reality where every single astromorph is super evolved , their advancement wouldn’t rely on others and those weak points cant be exploited by The Machine Empire. Thats my opinion

Given the fact that the upper-spacer’s finger/hand is curled around it, I’d say it’s a transparent door to a massive hallway/parkway that spacers float thru. Or just a door that’s painted with a mural

I kinda assumed that it was just the negative space that the spacers would move through and the darker parts of the background were buildings/walls that held the processors.

I think their ancestors were the only ones who escaped the qu, so they weren't genetically modify like the others

Spacers were Star People who hid in hollow asteroids

they are star people unchanged by the qu, who hid in 0 gravity environments and spent time in VR. by the time the qu disappeared, they started to venture off into other places but modified themselves to not rely on machines anymore.
