@@fadedones Im a Catholic convert from Protestantism. We’re currently staying with my mother in law while we save for our home. She is a very devout Catholic. Her statues and pictures have weeped on multiple occasions, however this time I actually witnessed it firsthand. We had a situation at that time where a child in the family was being sexually abused by an outsider and the child came to stay with us because of that. It was that child who saw the statue weeping first. She said she had a feeling when she walked past and she looked and saw the weeping. She said she felt protected by Mary’s mantle. I think it was to strengthen her faith and know Jesus is with her and Mary is watching over her.

@@MelaniesManicuresthis phenomenon happens in Orthodox Churches in Egypt too where i live , u can actually see i uploaded some of these on my channel , the one in Egypt is an icon of the Virgin in Portsaid , also a statue in a Eastern Catholic house in Australia. R skeptics gonna say that we really did fake this all together from independent countries and different cultures? Or is it a Heavenly real thing. God bless u dear.

"For the unfaithful, no proof is enough". You seem to confuse "unfaithful" with people who just don't want to believe in god no matter what, even proof. But that's not the case, you just don't understand them. You also seem to hate them because you are unable to understand their mentality or unable to accept opinions. The thing is, no one has proven god. If you have actual proof of the existence of God, we will believe it then. But you don't and you can't. I mean, you can't even prove if these tears were real or fake. Gullible people like you are easy to deceive.

@@Vik1919 People who don't believe in God have no Faith. They are Faith "less". There's no implication of hate, nor suggestion of hate, in my comment. That baby belongs to you. The phrase is implicit in its meaning and it is you that has the problem with it. For those who have no Faith, no proof is enough. You think it matters WHY you have no Faith ? That decision is on you, one way or another. Nobody's going to force you to believe in God, our Eternal Father, or JESUS. One has to walk there on their own two feet. Do you believe in Faith? "No one has proven God". God is not found in the material - to those who don't believe, no proof is enough. Obviously, Gods' miracles aren't enough proof - To those with no Faith, no proof is enough. Do you find belief within Faith? Miracles and faith - Proof and believing - The phrase shows people have two paths - The path to Spiritual enlightenment or the path to deny the Divine Presence. There is no suggestion nor implication of hate.

@@LIZZIE-lizzie Only a person of faith would believe that olive oil dripping from the eyes of a statue is proof of their religious conviction. It's more likely that this was some sort of a hoax. If this truly was a divine miracle, the important question would be: Why is a statue crying olive oil. Why not actual tears? Why was it crying from only 1 eye and not both? Maybe someone was eating a salad close to the statue and through some aggresive motions with their fork sprinkled oilive oil towards the statue and it happened to hit the statue under one of its eyes. There's a million different ways some person or group of person could have either intentionally or unintentionally got oil to appear there. But to think that a powerful being like a god creating the universe randomly would troll humanity and make a statue cry a drop of olive oil from one eye? Now that's some intense coping if I've ever heard of it.

@@henrikswanstrom9218 ah yes, because people eat Caesar salads during mass, and one person who for whatever reason was eating a SALAD during mass, happened to spill ONLY the olive oil on the statue and NOBODY around noticed that the oil came from the salad? And you say that we're the crazy ones for believing in God, a rational mind. Come on, at least be serious with your bizarre theories. At least say something remotely sensible, like "someone snuck in to put olive oil on the statue while no one else was paying attention."

The same thing happened in Rockingham, West Australia, a few years ago. My friends mum belonged to a congregation called "our lady of Lords" and had a statue of Mary in her home, that she claimed was weeping tears. I didn't believe it at first, but then it made the newspapers and massive crowds began visiting from all over the world. Anyway... to cut a long story short, I asked my mate to let me in so I could have a look. It was definitely weeping something that felt a bit thicker then water and slightly oily. It wept from the eyes and hands and continued to do so for weeks. I know it sounds too crazy to believe but I don't think it was a trick. There was no way to put fluid inside it, cos it was one solid carving. In the end I think the church took it and I haven't heard anything since. Bizarre.

It's has to be oil, water would dry too quickly . The oil also flows slower and gives a cinematic effect. A water 💧 would stream down here face quickly and dry.

My organic cold pressed olive oil gels/hardens at lower temperatures. Is it possible the church was cold and warmed as the people were around the statue? Brushing the gelled oil on then watching it run when it gets warmer is a way this could happen.

We do not "worship" statues. Dont you have pictures of your family or loved ones at your house? Why do you put up these pictures? Is it because you worship them??? Or because you value them and they are dear to you? Of course it's the latter for us Catholics. We have statues of Saints because we value what they have done and they inspire us to live similar holy lives that made them saints and led them to Christ. They remind us that they were humans too yet they chose to carry their crosses on the narrow road that leads to Christ so we should live to do the same.

I'm not Christian or religious, but I do believe in the subject of the supernatural. What fascinates me is that the statues that get this phenomenon are Virgin Mary and Catholic related ones, and I've heard of weird stories involving Mariology. It's almost as if Mary, the mother of Jesus, was blessed in someway* and the phenomenon of weeping statues may have something to do with emotion and praise, such as an immense devotion and hail to the Lord or great sadness over the death of Jesus, especially for Mary since she is mourning the death of her child. As for how it happens, that's another and more deeper, mysterious or DIVINE thought.... *Which could mean even more deeper than that....

No one would notice water, it would drip off quickly. Olive oil has a thicker consistency, therefore...it would drip off a lot slower. Making it more noticeable. And btw, I highly doubt she would only show up just in a church of devout Christian women.

Why does the fact of it being olive oil mean that it's unexplainable? If it were saline or hemoglobin I would be like... wtf? but, olive oil? seriously? I have olive oil in my cabinet. depending on how warm or cold it is at any given moment, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to run down the side of the bottle. I can see why the church has declined to classify it as a miracle.

& this is all real by the way. As a child, I was the first to spot an image that look just like Christ on a tree. It was an amazing yet so unreal moment. Ever since I knew for sure GOD exists. People started coming to take picture’s but the old lady who owned the house passed away, so the gvt basically kept the house and cut the tree down.

My mom in the late 1980- early 1990 was looking for spiritual guidance. Somewhere in Indiana or Ohio around that time , a woman claimed she got messages from mother Mary. The lady announced the date of the next message and my mom went. It was a farm and she said there were 80ish people there maybe less. The lady came out talked to a few who came. Then the sky got dark and the lady went to the center of her farm an a beam of light came from the clouds. My mom didn’t know what to do she just took pictures with her old Nikon at the light coming from the sky. Everyone asked the lady , what was the message she said “ save the children “. Weeks went by my mom filled up the Nikon and developed the film, forgetting what she had on it. She went threw the pictures at the farm and at first saw a pink orb coming out of the sky the next picture it was the form of the Virgin Mary. I have seen it. I wish I could upload pictures on here. Amazing.

Interesting. I've heard of this statue from a paranormal video I watched months back. My thought on miracles is that they might be something that science hasn't found yet. This is because what was considered a miracle back then can be explained by science today. But who knows, maybe it is something divine. Anything is possible.

Why don't they actually ask an expert who is not a member of the church in question? Nothing against Michael O'Neal but his qualifications are a master's in electrical engineering, he is not a plumbing engineer which would be better for this job. Michael O'Neal also runs a RU-vid channel and has made it very clear he has been a devout Catholic his entire life, so the solution is naturally going to be one sided. Ask multiple experts, including ones who are not religious, get both sides of the argument.

definition of idols (a an image or representation of a god used as an object of worship.) and we dont worship mary. we ask her to pray to god for us. convert to catholicism. it is the truth. not a religion that was man made.
